“We were in the area and decided to stop by, and we’re so glad we did. Allie was our server, and she did not disappoint. Her customer service and knowledge of the menu were outstanding. We started with the crab cake—wow! The flavors were incredible, and the portion size was perfect for an appetizer. The red wine was served perfectly chilled. For our main course, we had the bison short rib with fresh mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was absolutely delicious. You can truly taste the difference here—they specialize in fresh, made-to-order food with no freezers or microwaves, and it shows. This will definitely be our go-to spot from now on. Thank you for a superb dining experience and an amazing fresh meal!“

“Wow, what an incredible first experience! I stopped by today and ordered the Big Al and the Herbivore. Every bite was packed with flavor, the portions were massive, and the food was wonderfully hearty and meaty. Even though the shop was super busy, the team moved incredibly fast and the wait time was barely noticeable. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish. “I went there and had their bacon cheeseburger. This was the best burger I tasted fluffy bun juicy patty wasn’t smashed at all. I had to take a box of fries home because I was full just off the burger. The prices are amazing here. I normally don’t write reviews but this deserves a 5 star from me“

“First time eating here and was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and delicious the food is! I’ve eaten at other Tunis locations and was disappointed with the food… Because of the location being Riverside ✨ and not wanting to cook after getting off work, I took a chance and tried this location because I really wanted a gyro… I got the number four with a beef Gyro and asked for the fries to be cheese fries… Usually the cheese fries barely have cheese sauce but there was a generous amount of cheese sauce with a little bit of spice and they were so good! The beef Gyro was so fresh from the pita to the veggies and usually I need to add some more tzatziki sauce so I ordered additional on the side, but this Gyro did not need it! I definitely plan on returning and trying the Lamb and the chicken Gyro… The portion is actually enough for two people, so I will have lunch for tomorrow too! Oh, they also give you a small discount if you pay with cash! 10 out of 10 recommend! I was too hungry to snap a pic of my food… oh, the food is made to order so if you are driving through like me plan on waiting a bit but the wait was not bad at all!“

“Palm’s Fish Camp exceeded everyone in the group’s expectations. They welcome us, all 54 of us, with live music and good food. They accommodated for all of our needs including one of us with a horrible sea food allergy. Everything went so smoothly. We all had an amazing time. “We visited this restaurant for a quick lunch. There was only 3 other customers there dining. You must place your order on a Kiosk. Because we were not familiar with the menu, we ended up getting a burger without a bun. The burger itself was ok. The prices will shock you. We paid $7.99 for a shake. Our total bill was $48.00 for 2 people! The staff is friendly. If this place got really busy, you may have to wait over 15 minutes for your order. The place is unique and I love that they offer Veggie burgers. I will go again since I know more about their menu.“

She double-checked each order and expressed gratitude for my patience. “Located in Smash Alley between Keg & Coin and Dart Bar & Games on King St, Smash N Bag Burgers makes possibly some of the best burgers I've had. Every Friday there is a new special, in addition to the regular menu items they serve. They are friendly and greet each customer as a friend. I cannot recommend this place enough.“

“So Carolina was our server and she was a wonderful delight and she provided excellent customer service, has an excllent memory and was absouly enjoyable person. Food was good though the bacon and sausage felt a little under cooked. Gravy biscuit looked like they only put 1 table scoop on 2 slices of bread But there French toast and waffles were top tier thick and delicious recommend the pecan syrup.

“I want to highly recommend this location! I drive from Mandarin just to eat here because of the food, customer service, and especially, the cleanliness! The closest one to me is not to the Whataburger standards I have always known. As a proud Texas native now living in Jacksonville, I grew up with Whataburger and no matter which you went to, you could count on a great tasting burger and a nice place to enjoy it. I have found that at the Southside Blvd location! I shared this with Dacia in the dinning room who was doing a fantastic job at keeping everything so clean and neat! I also want to say thanks to Brittany, the store mgr who knows exactly what a lifelong Whataburger lover expects and executes it very well along with her team! Thanks again“

“Look, I have to admit that it kind of pains me to give this place a good review. Why? It's complex. First and foremost we've been very happy with their burgers, not so much any of their sides, and the frozen custaed products are also delicious.

What I don't like about being a customer here?

They are so incredibly stingy with promotions and nickel and dime you for every single thing. For example, you might pay $10 for a side of cheese curds, but that doesn't include a single container of sauce. Since when do cheese curds come without marinara or ranch? Well, the nickel and dimers here have found a way to do it. They know that no one wants just plain cheese curds, so they sell the cheese curds at a price that's high enough that people would barely pay for them but they realize that if they included a single side dip that they would have to increase the price so much that customers would be so upset that they wouldn't ever buy anything.

So, I love the fact that they give 25% off for new customers. Have they not done that, I don't know if we ever would have gone at all. The real issue is that their normal coupons suck, they have nothing that's a good value, so basically this seems to be a restaurant for people who have lots of money to spend on overpriced fast food I don't care that they are literally being nickel and dimed to death.

And I think about this even more when it comes to things like the toppings and mix-ins that they have. They have quality mix-ins like name brand Reese's PB cups, and then they have shitty cherry pie filling (but the image they show makes it look like there's some kind of delicious black cherries). And they offer peanut butter as an add in, which we generally love at some place like Cold Stone but their peanut butter is not peanut butter, it's some kind of peanut butter flavored sauce that is overly sweetened and has some kind of a unnatural flavor.

And I love a thick shake, especially a plain vanilla malted, which they seem to get the texture right, but then I get a tiny little straw that won't allow me to drink anything and also don't get a spoon. This place is pricey enough that they could at least give you a straw that allows you to drink their shake. Pro tip: a regular skinny straw has never ever been am acceptable shake straw, yet somehow these people who like to pretend that everything is so high quality that they have to nickel and dime you for everything, can't realize that people want a shake or a malted that they can actually drink, especially in a vehicle.“
