“One of the top three diners in Jacksonville - if not #1Atmosphere is perfect and staff is all friendly.Definitely gets crowded quick so plan accordingly.Shake was amazing! (On the thicker side ?)Food was overall fantastic by diner standards.I will have to try their lunch menu in the future. Also, Amanda goes above and beyond as a server ?“
“The food here is Amazing with a few unique twists on the sandwiches. The Baby Bella is a very tasty mushroom & Swiss burger and they cook everything fresh to order. They also have have a sandwiche called the Snakebite that kicks a nice bite of spice. You can substitute a veggie patty on the sandwiches which is a BonusOHhhhh they fries are the addicting kind ?“
“From walking Into the establishment to eating and leaving our Service was exceptional. The Server Ana was amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable about the food on the menu. I’ve never had Bison and would definitely recommend it. First to many more experiences ahead for Ted’s Montana Grill. Thank you for your hospitality“
“Vegetarian options: Everything has a choice between vegetarian are a protein meal so it's all optionalDietary restrictions: Everything. Is made to order so whatever dietary Restrictions. They can make it workParking: The parking lot shares space with other buildings. But since it's in a shopping center there's so many places to park so many options.Kid-friendliness: I was really impressed by they're kids matter.Frightened.I ordered it myself and it was a great value. You in a pretty good size of food even for an adult meal“
“OK I don't know who really gets hot dogs here, their breakfast bacon egg and cheese biscuit is the best around. The owner is there all the time and goes the extra mile for everything and everyone. This place would make the cut on Diner Dives and Drive-Ins. Would knew Flavortown USA was on Beach Boulevard?“
“The food is here is outstanding and if there is ever an issue with an order if you let someone know they will assist you to get it fixed. I wish I could remember the name of a gentleman who assisted us one evening as he was the most polite person I’ve met in a while. He had dark hair and a beard , an hat, and I think glasses? Also had a southern accent, I’m sorry I forget his name but thank you so much sir! Give that man a raise!“
“So far, this is the place! Haven't tried the food yet but it's fresh, efficient, ordering was smooth, it's organized and people taking your order are as nice as pie! It's a lively, clean, fun family atmosphere. You can eat in, eat alfresco, have your order brought to the car or make it to go. The parking lot is packed, which is a good sign. The inside is full of people but not crowded, if that makes any sense. The food was fresh and tasty, though a little greasy on the bacon cheese deluxe. Onion rings not as good as Whatabuger’s but fries were better and food was still warm when I got home. $4-5 less than the usual fast food order.“
“This is my 4th visit and the atmosphere, staff and food is always the same, excellent. I highly recommend as a stop for your breakfast/brunch choice. Don't let the outside appearance or the location stop you from enjoying a great dining experience. Special mention to the turkey link sausage and the breakfast potatoes.“
“Had the bison filet, rare, and it was fabulous. My husband and I were with another couple. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Service was excellent. There is a fully sticked bar for adult beverages. Excellent dining experience, highly recommend.“
“Best burger I've had in a long time. The only disappointment was when I asked the sweet girl who waited on us why she was wearing a mask and her co worker was not. she said it was because she herself isn't vaccinated. This is discrimination and it makes me sick especially here in Florida. please remove this mandate from your employees. FJB!“
“Prices are crazy, like 18$ for a burger fries and a shake. While not worth 18$ per person, the food was high quality and I do like the French fries. They sometimes play the new pop type country music which is quite the buzz killer, but saved by the old early 2000’s and 90’s country “
“A hidden gem that one might easily ride right past on the way to Amelia Island. You should definitely stop and check them out. Excellent food and entertainment with an amazing view that creates a wonderful atmosphere to sit and catch a quick bite with friends. It also helps that Cameron our server was really sweet and even gave us a military discount because she noticed we we’re veterans. Definitely would stop in again…Oh, and for those that like to fish, you can even pull in and fish off the dock or put your boat in the water with their accessible boat ramp.“
“Ryan the manager was especially helpful.Shawn our server was amazingly awesome at his service that he can only provide. We sincerely appreciate his great training and his awareness of what he could do to make our experience better! Keep these guys! We love this Ruby Tuesday! Thanks.Kid-friendliness: We saw a little boy enjoying himself.“
“EDIT: Thanks for your kind response. Changing my review because I appreciate good customer service and kind business owners. I don’t live in Jacksonville and don’t need a refund, but I’m glad you care about customers being happy which is such an important quality. Wishing you guys the best and I’m happy to hear that I just got a bad batch. If I’m ever in Jax again I will drop by your shop again for a second chance!Original review: Cupcakes were inedible. Nice cashier but the cupcakes tasted absolutely bizarre. Almost like the ingredients were long expired or spoiled or something.“
“This place has really developed into a really fun daytime food and drink locale,,At Night it’s BOOMING. Good service, Great Live Bands.. a real variety of different styles of music, watch the calendar as we do and you’ll find so much great entertainment , it’s intimate enough not to feel impersonal and just big enough not to feel cramped.. we will be back soon.“
“I'm a very picky eater. Usually, I keep my burger simple. Step outside my box and took the guys suggestion to eat burger as it. The flavors really went well together. I got I believe the Mercury burger. Definitely going back looking forward to it.“
“Otw to JAX airport felt hungry and Jamese at burgerfi was incredibly helpful in eating us, and trying to make a decision over what to eat. She was prompt and ready to assist us along with checking in on us during our visit. I’ve been to other burgerfi in the past, and feel as though this one was very clean, and had excellent customer assistance mad props to Jamese for the immaculate service. The food was also very excellent crispy and cooked just right without being undercooked or overcooked.“
“This is Mark Mosley from Philly came here to eat at a burger and tater tots been here before food is great from the chef down to the helpers the cashier they are great and will be back someday be blessedWheelchair accessibility: Everything's good able to get my wheelchair and and move around too thank you“
“We didn’t order food, but drinks were good and cold, the bartender outside was super nice and you can’t beat the location next to the arena!! Love the outside tables and atmosphere. Pregame here and avoid the $19 beers inside the arena!“
“Shame on me for not having any pictures whenever we visit Harps. I don't usually go in to Dive bars but this is my only exception and the service and food is the reason why for that. Before the big renovation on the road the parking here can be tricky especially if its a busy night but ever since they had the road renovated they added few more parking on the side of the Harps.I do believe that Harps is a staple for the Avondale, Riverside and Ortega neighborhood. When people comes here everyone knows everyone which is that's why you feel at home. Service here is always amazing! The servers here are so good and we never waited for our food for a long time.Food: we ordered from spinach and dip to burgers , nachos and their caramel cheesecake but my favorite is the blackened fish! OH MY GOODNESS!! i can eat that everyday! very well seasoned and hot whenever I order it and the sauce that comes with it is just the icing on the cake, I am not sure what is the ingredients for that sauce all I know is they put soy sauce in there and it its the bomb! We never have any complaints on our food here it's always on point.Harps have a decent size for the place, they have an outdoor seating area. If you haven't tried this amazing place this is the sign for you to go and order the blackened fish for me!“
“My wife and I were in the area and decided to have a late lunch here. I ordered the 12” The Bomb combo. Grilled Sirloin steak, grilled peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, provolone with a strip of bacon. You can get The Bomb with chicken too. Bread was soft. Fries were plentiful. Friendly service.“
“I RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT, A LITTLE PIECE OF VENEZUELA IN JACKSONVILLE ?, I WAS ON THURSDAY LAST WEEK, I TELL YOU THE DELICIOUS FOOD AND THE VERY PROFESSIONAL ATTENTION, THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY ? SO WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO EAT VENEZUELAN FOOD, DON'T HESITATE TO GO TO THE NOTE RESTAURANT.“
“Everyone here is friendly, the food is very good! Lots of bar/food specials too. They have bar baskets for $7.99! I work in Jax for 10 days at a time and I come here several times throughout my work stay. I appreciate great service and great food!“
“This is an unbelievable jem! Everything is so flavorful, delicious, and filling! They're working on the interior. The drive thru is very busy! Air conditioning is comfortable. Casual dining in is worth it!Parking: Small lot surrounds bldg, big, open lot behind.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp and two doors on the landing.“
“We came here for the first time for lunch and it didn’t disappoint. Good setup for ordering and the food came out quickly. This place has a good vibe. The music was fantastic and I could see this being a cool place to chill at the bar. Will definitely be back!“
“I truly miss the loop as it was in the early 2000's. That being said, the food is still great 20years later. That never has disappointed me. However, this location is very small and apparently very popular. So arrive early if you want a place to sit. And be polite, if it's just two of you, save the booths for bigger parties. Space is limited and valuable here. Service is good but they seemed overwhelmed at times. Still got my order in a timely matter, just needs a bit more oil In the gears persay.“
“Ordered today for the 1st time and it's my favorite place now for onion rings! They're THE best I've ever eaten - and I've eaten lots. And they even make malts and milkshakes that are REAL! Like with real ice cream rather than that fake stuff. This restaurant has totally yummy food!“
“Had a breakfast pita here this morning. It’s a quaint little place with “regulars” and nice people. The breakfast was good and a ver nice older gentleman sitting next to me, shared his newspaper with me. He was 92 years old and didn’t look a day over 70! I’m not sure if it’s the food they serve him several times a week, but If it is, I want to go every day! Clean place too.“
“Best burgers but unfortunately they are promoting items that they don’t sell. That’s not good!!! Specially when you place an order online for a party and when you go pick up the food and drinks, they tell you they don’t sell that item. A bit frustrating because now I have to go to another restaurant or store to buy it.“
“Quantity of food was good, quality was meh. Plenty of fish in the fish tacos, but the fish was dry &the taco was rubbery &chewy. I ate half of 1, and threw the rest away. The kids said their burger was fine. The service was great, we didn't wait long and the waitress constantly checked on us. I'd go back with a big group bc the menu was diverse &purple can find something. But I wouldn't go back for myself.“
“Have told so many people about this hidden treasure. Great burgers and the sweet potato fries are delicious. ? My co-workers went the following day and raved over the black and blue. We are going to try the breakfast also. Love the atmosphere and friendly staff.?“
“This place is so so good. I've never had Venezuelan food before, it's rapidly becoming our favorite local spot. They also have really good specialty burgers, more like you'd find at a high end burger spot.Prices are a ridiculous bargain too, and the portions are beyond generous. $13-$18 range for a meal you'd be hard pressed to finish.Oh, and the garlic sauce!!!“
“We don’t have Culver’s in our hometown area so we don’t get the opportunity to visit much.I love Culver’s custard and the burgers are a treat as well.I can’t say enough about the staff. The nice lady that was delivering the food and taking care of all the guests’ needs was very polite and seemed to enjoy her job and it showed. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because it met company standards, nothing more, nothing less. Thanks for the delightful visit and great food guys!“
“I just want to say my immigrill is one of my favorite restaurants in Jacksonville Florida we wish you had more of these restaurants in Jacksonville. As I walk into the building very clean. And the workers were very professional. They greeted me with a smile. They were very quick with the order. Very affordable. And they were very patient. And very quick. I will be back very soon. Thank you for treating me and my children with love and kindness keep up the good work you've put a great smile on our faces thank you“
“My husband and I saw this place on a Jacksonville IG account, we decided to try to on PI day....WOW WE ARE BLOWN AWAY! the customer service and pizza did NOT DISSAPOINT!!! it was absolutely delicious we are from NY and very picky, but this was A1 so glad we got to try this, and will definitely be back!!!“
“Hey it's a neighborhood staple with good food where you feel at home when you dine in.Parking: They're in a strip plaza so you generally can park pretty close by.Kid-friendliness: The kids will enjoy the delicious food & treats as well guaranteed.“
“Our server, Jozeph S was very helpful and recommended a few items from the menu that he thought our dine in party would enjoy. He also checked in on us frequently throughout our meal.Parking: Parking area was very close to restaurant and there were plenty of spaces to choose from.“
“My cup runneth over with fries... literally!!!! A little cheeseburger, which is actually decently large, fully loaded. A small fries is about the equivalent of 4 large McDonald's fries.I love that 5 guys still has the peanuts to grab and eat. 5 guys delivers one of the best burgers in the fast casual market. At this location, you'll find great service. On this particular meal I ordered through Uber Eats. Service was prompt and everything I needed was provided. My cup o fries was accompanied by about 4 times the cup in the bag. A traditional 5 guys maneuver.I've been in the location as well and the restrooms are always clean. The dining area is always clean. And the location is handicap accessible and close to tons of retail shopping.“
“I finally tried out this particular establishment, and I was not impressed. I know I've rated it 4 stars. However, the only complaint is the cost. The food was freshly made, and the staff was super helpful and personable. I've had better burgers ? for less. I wanted to give them a try. I think overall my expectations were too high. I don't think it's 5 star worthy.“
“I don't care who you are, everyone needs a go-to burger spot; there are few ills that a good, solid, honest-to-goodness burger won't heal. I've just realized that I have yet to find mine on the island, and that's gotta be rectified right away because I won't last without one. After doing some digging and asking around, I had to make Shay's stop 1 on the burger tour; no one I talked to had a single bad thing to say, and some of the photos I saw looked pretty crazy. If there were ever a place to start, this looked like the *one,* so I brought the family along for the ride and made the trek up to Aiea. Shay's has a short, simple, straight-to-the-point menu. 3 burgers, 2 sides, that's it. I appreciate that approach; find your identity, know what you're good at, perfect it, and let it shine. We went with 2 of the 3: the Fun Guy (caramelized onions, cremini mushrooms, bacon jam, black truffle aioli) and the Classic (caramelized onions, cheddar, secret sauce), plus a side of Krazy Fries. For me at least, the Fun Guy was the clear winner. The brioche bun offered a nice, light sweetness, and was well-toasted and crispy without me having to ask for it. I enjoyed the meatiness of the creminis, which went hand-in-hand with the buttery character of the Havarti, the earthiness of the truffle aioli, and the sweet caramelized onions. I did feel that the patties themselves -- though impressively juicy -- could have been, well, *smashed* harder to get that nice crispy exterior; more Maillard caramelization means a more intensified flavor, which would have really put a bow on things. The bacon jam seemed lost as well; virtually undetectable. Nevertheless, an awesome burger to be sure; this is the one to get. As for the Classic: I enjoyed this as well, although perhaps not as much as the Fun Guy. I wished that the cheddar (being my favorite cheese) would have been sharper and more pronounced The same remark about the patties also applies here, too; a little more crispness and boldness would have done nicely. Very good? Yeah. Epic? Not sure I'd go that far. The Krazy fries were more or less sufficient, though I wasn't too crazy about the secret sauce. It's essentially mustard with a couple of light add-ins. I'd get it on the side, or stick to the plain fries and either use ketchup or bring your own dipping sauce of choice. Overall: a promising start to this burger expedition. I'd like to give a shout-out to the service as well; incredibly friendly, and much appreciated. It is always worth supporting good people running a good business; if it's a burger you want, they will take care of you, so please do stop by.“
“First time diners and my wife (who is NOT an adventurous eater) was hesitant because the menu is in Spanish. This visit has definitely done an amazing job at getting her to appreciate trying new things. We started with the Galaxy fries (cheese and bacon) and onion rings. The onion rings were lightly battered and perfectly crispy. I ordered the Triple Mechado and if that was less than a pound of meat, I am very surprised. It was ridiculously delicious and I couldn't help but grin like an idiot as I ate. I paid the extra to "make it hail" and added the extra cheese. I had a hard time keeping my wife and cousin from picking at the cheese on my plate. They each ordered a burger. These burgers were huge! Both thought the bread that was used as a bun was flawless and was the right bun to burger ratio. We also ordered an empanada but there was no chance I could eat another bite. I'll have to save that for another visit.“
“Sheik has been a staple for fast food my entire life. I always get fresh food here. The fries are the best in fast food. There’s a drive through. You can take out or dine in. Only indoor seating available. They sell cheesecake.lots of parking. Handicap accessible.“
“We love this place because everything is fresh and made for you.But this time, we felt that the quality of the food was not as expected ? ? ?.I hope it's only this time thatVegetarian options: not good for vegetariansDietary restrictions: ask for what you want“
“I haven’t been here in a very long time. I came back and I knew what I was missing. The renovation looks great. Everything on the menu is so good and fresh. I love their fries too! Can’t wait to go back one day. I want a breakfast gyro :)“
“Hidden Treasure that I have told everyone where they are. People on my job love this place. I ordered a few breakfast pizzas to allow them to try. It was not a let down, we really enjoyed it. Best burgers and the sweet fries are to die for.So yummy??“
“This place is great. We had one in Gainesville and I was sad to see it go. There was this one employee bringing people food with what I suspect was a broken leg or torn ACL. That guy was a quality employee. Sir if you are reading this I appreciated your service and salute you in your ability to bring people burgers fries beers and smiles. That gentleman was a true burgerfi veteran. The onion rings were kinda bland. But the burger was absolutely delicious. Looking forward to eating one again. And to broken let guy hopefully we meet again ❤️ Vegetarian options: They had a vegan burgerDietary restrictions: NoParking: YesKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“There is no better hamburger than the ones at five guys, however, when order delivery, it looks like no matter the size of fries you order they are all the same size, less than small. I have order 4 times recently and the fries are always very little, even when ordered “
“This is my first time trying this place. The Gyro tasted fresh but I wish to tell them that no onions I never had a gyro served with onions in it. The fries were great. My wife had the Philly cheese but had a weird seasoning in it. I wish it was more of a real Philly cheese from Philadelphia. Overall better than I expected.“
“Today was our first time eating here, they opened at 9 and we asked if we could place an order. It took a while but we understood since they just set up everything. They offered us coffee, it was delicious.I had the cachapa with carne mechada and my husband had the cachapa with pernil. They do speak primarily Spanish so keep that in mind, we spoke to the owner and his employee. They were both very nice, vamos a regresar bien pronto ♡“
“The food is delicious! Seriously, great burgers!A couple of things to know going in: you order at the counter and then grab your food from the window when they call your name, no gluten-free bun option, and the place is small (which means crowded). And there will probably be a wait. 15 minutes in line to order and another 30 minutes before you get your food. But the food was worth it!“
