“We had a work 2026 New Year's Eve party at Island Wings on Southside Blvd, Jacksonville, FL. I worked with Rashad Graham, the catering manager and our waiter named Jared. They were FANTASTIC!!! Every step of the way in planning, Rashad was there and ready to help and give suggestions. When I arrived, early, for the party they already had everything set-up and ready to go. Rashad came and met me and introduced me to Jared. They had everything planned. Jared was assigned only to our group for getting cocktails. He was amazing, taking care of close to 35 people and no one was ever searching and searching for him. He remembered names and faces. The food was delicious and there was SO MUCH! They supplied boxes and we all took home some food. I have to say, this was one of the BEST parties we have ever had! Will be looking to them again for a other party in the future.“

“Amazing! We wanted to try the cheese steak after seeing a review on YouTube. The food was prepared very quickly and tasted great. Without asking, they even put it in two separate baskets since we were splitting it. I’ve eaten at other Tunis locations and was disappointed with the food… Because of the location being Riverside ✨ and not wanting to cook after getting off work, I took a chance and tried this location because I really wanted a gyro… I got the number four with a beef Gyro and asked for the fries to be cheese fries… Usually the cheese fries barely have cheese sauce but there was a generous amount of cheese sauce with a little bit of spice and they were so good! The beef Gyro was so fresh from the pita to the veggies and usually I need to add some more tzatziki sauce so I ordered additional on the side, but this Gyro did not need it! I definitely plan on returning and trying the Lamb and the chicken Gyro… The portion is actually enough for two people, so I will have lunch for tomorrow too! Oh, they also give you a small discount if you pay with cash! 10 out of 10 recommend! I was too hungry to snap a pic of my food… oh, the food is made to order so if you are driving through like me plan on waiting a bit but the wait was not bad at all!“

“I place orders for our school on a weekly basis. The food is always fresh and delivered quickly. Bill is always a pleasure to work with as well as the delivery drivers. If there is an ever an issue (very rarely) Bill and his team handle it very quickly. This location is the best we have ever used and will continue to use. We highly recommend this location.“

“This, my first experience here, was great overall. I absolutely love that I was immediately acknowledged and assisted when I entered the door. This spoke immense positive volumes and will leave a lasting impression! It is also the reason I bumped the rating up to a 5... Otherwise, all considered, I'd rate it between 4-4.5.

I ordered the half whole secret sauced chicken and an order of cheesling fries for takeout. I'm not exactly sure that all the pieces were whole but it was close enough. The chicken was flavorful and obviously prepared according to their signature proprietary process. The fries were definitely different and flavorful but I think it's an acquired taste, to a degree, for some. I wanted to try the cheesling flavor on the chicken but compromised due to pricing and options for that flavor as well as my interest in other flavors.... So my order was a flavor 2fer, in effect. 🙂

I've long wished that some establishment would offer whole pieces with a variety of flavors... Found it! I'd like it, even more, if they offer more flavors as whole chicken. One knock is the pricing of the boneless and wing options... They're slightly on the high side, but I did notice that the Lotte Market location does have a lunch special. I didn't see that option at this store but was in and out in under a minute. For a little more $ one could go to a Korean buffet and immerse in a much wider variety. IJS. Anyway, I was pleased with the overall experience and glad they're here in Jax. It's a good bet that I'll return to try other flavors and selections.
