We had a work 2026 New Year's Eve party at Island Wings on Southside Blvd, Jacksonville, FL. I worked with Rashad Graham, the catering manager and our waiter named Jared. They were FANTASTIC!!! My experience at this restaurant was a perfect storm of ineptitude and unprofessionalism. During my first visit, I sat at the bar and was excited to try their offerings. However, when I asked for my check, I was given someone else's bill. The bartender had ‘mistakenly’ given me his friend's open tab. To add insult to injury, when I requested my correct check, the bartender deleted my payment without a manager present. My husband and I are from out of town here for his eye cancer radiation so we ordered to go from Island Wing Co on Sunday night and loved the flat bread and pickle chips so we thought let’s go out to eat tonight!
