Jax Fish Shrimp and Chicken serves food that is always freshly fried and hot. The chicken is always fresh and delicious, with wings that are some of the best ever had for a fantastic price. A catered order of 130 wings and fries was delicious, tasting fresh, not soggy or oily. The french fries are absolutely amazing, though at night they are a little hard while at lunch they taste better. The snapper and the fish is good, but the halal lamb gyro is mid. The food is amazing and made fresh, but the wait time is sometimes ridiculous, with orders sitting behind the cashier for 5-20 minutes. The fish was no longer crispy after waiting. The seasoning is hit or miss, and the white powder is for those that like it. Customer service can be better, with lots of teens to young adults running the front end who do not really care about good customer service. The staff is very courteous, however. Atmosphere is not so good, but overall it is always a good experience.
