I have been a loyal BurgerFi customer for over 5 years, but recently found out that they will now be cooking the burgers in a "smash" style where the meat is fully pressed down, resulting in the meat becoming too thin and therefore it gets overcooked and makes it crunchy and too greasy...if the meat is now being smashed instead of cooked normally then unfortunately they have lost me as a long-time loyal customer ?
