This is a drive through or walk up only Starbucks, not a full on Starbucks with a lobby. Customers can order on the app and get all the same goods. The staff is always so friendly, nice, and helpful, with a great attitude and amazing customer service. Drinks are always made correctly, consistent, and of great quality. A flat white was good as it should be, and one customer found the perfect sweet option with minimal wait time. This location is the best in Jax, and a favorite for its positive attitude and consistent drinks.
