McDonald's is a friendly and welcoming restaurant where customers are greeted with a smile. The manager and staff are polite and cheerful, serving fresh food. Burgers are hot, juicy, and cooked to perfection, and fries are delicious. Orders are typically correct, although occasional mistakes can occur, such as excessive sauce on a Big Mac. Recently, some customers experienced issues with wrong orders, long wait times, and unfriendly service from the staff. Despite these problems, there are reports of great service where food was served promptly and with good portions, and staff members even brought food to the table for dine-in customers. Overall, the restaurant strives to provide good food and friendly service, but at times, staff behavior and wait times can be inconsistent.
