Went there this morning. Wouldn’t help with app rewards. Wouldn’t let us pay for a drive thru drink inside we ordered and they kept the mocha coffee. Then we try to order it in the store and they said they couldn’t make it when they already made it in drive through. We saw the drink. I had to leave eventually I got a panic attack and my nose bled. And I’m 5 months pregnant. Horrible experience. Was there for like 15 mins at least. The woman said that they didn’t know how to make the drink, even though they made it a few minutes prior and the drink was bad with no sugar. No help. A worker was laughing and pointing. We had to go home instead of me working because we had to get the blood off us. And I added sugar to my drink. “There is no such thing as customer service anymore”.

I customized my burger and they didn't pay attention to what I ordered, I also ordered large fries and they came almost half as if they were medium. In addition, the soda fountain was damaged, and the bathrooms do not seem to have regular cleaning. They should pay more attention to maintenance of the place, preparation and delivery of food.

Today I had a bitter experience in this place, I am an Uber Eats driver and today I was discriminated against in this place for not speaking English very well, my experience is the following, today I go into McDonald's to pick up an Uber Eats order, I ask the employee and When I showed her the phone so she could see the order # she told me that she doesn't look at photos that I had to say so and when I told her that I don't speak English she told me that she didn't care that she didn't speak Spanish at that moment I didn't know. What to do, the lady with a very bad attitude towards me, when I told her that I was no longer going to take the order, she told me on several occasions that she didn't care, if the cameras work in that place, everything is recorded, I had to leave without understanding because I was discriminated against, I will not return to that place.

It says that they are open 24 hours but really they are not. It's a few minutes till 4:00 a.m. and they said they don't open until 4:00 a.m. and even though they're up and about doing whatever they couldn't even take my order. It needs to be changed to not 24 hours.

Your staff is super friendly and happy to be here! You can tell they all feel like family and it creates a nice positive environment to eat in. We were brought our dinner to the table which was awesome of them! Then when the same employee was off and waiting on a ride and a man came to a door that was locked from the outside and instead of just sitting there and making him go around she got up and opened it for him. That's true kindness.

This location is not the same from morning to night. Why I say that. Because i live 3 min away from here and when I do stop by in the morning for breakfast the food is fresh the employees are always happy and nice. When I come any other time lunch or especially dinner or just Night time in general the service is horrible and food always getting messed up... always an issue. If I could rate it just on the breakfast it would be 5 stars for sure.

Came specifically to this location, because it's supposed to be open for 24 hours. They didn't allow us to use our mobile coupon app and took us 23minutes to receive our food from the time we ordered. We were the only ones in the drive through. Rude manager could have cared less.
