Well I arrived in Jacksonville and needed something to eat at around 8 pm and Wendy's is usually a good choice. There wasn't anyone in the drive through so I parked and walked around to the door and saw the employees sitting on the tables outside smoking and nobody to help in the restaurant. I obviously walked back to the car and went to Zaxby's which had a line for drive thru.
Fast, friendly & food was fresh...freshest fries I've had from any Wendy's since I moved to FL & sprite tasted like sprite not seltzer water lol.
We just stopped today at this Wendy's leaving Nemours children's. We had to drive over an our for the doctor appt and stopped for lunch before we left for home.
These ladies fixed my order when I myself screwed it up and were so kind. The place is so clean and put together. The staff is fantastic. I will try reaching out to corporate as well as this Wendy's has been the best I been to in a long time.

Wendy's is a restaurant that consistently offers fresh and well-presented food. The location is always clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is courteous, attentive, and professional, providing great service. While the spicy nuggets were not satisfactory on one occasion, the fries and sweet tea were enjoyed. Overall, Wendy's maintains a positive reputation for its quality and service.
