I just wanted to share that this DQ has undoubtedly the best staff in all of America. I had to spend a few hours there while getting a car repaired. The staff was amazing. Very cheerful, always cleaning up and checking on if I needed anything. The interior is a little dated and could use a refresh but it was super clean. And the food was better than a typical fast food. Consider this the highest praise I could give a chain fast food location.
The man in the Drive-thru who greeted me and served to me a LG Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard and a LG Strawberry Banana Shake, did an excellent job 😋 👌 👍 This is my favorite DQ Restaurant ❣❣❣
Gemayel went above and beyond during my visit. It looked like they were a little short staffed, whether people were on break or just busy, but he handled everything like a true professional. He stayed calm, never looked flustered, and made sure every customer was taken care of with a great attitude. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Gemayel definitely deserves recognition. Thanks for making the experience a great one.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a clean and bright restaurant with friendly staff. The food is hot and delicious, and the $7.00 meal deal offers plenty of food with a little sundae. Their ice cream is so good, and the prices are super reasonable for what you get. The inside is spotless, and the staff is polite and nice. It’s a great place to hang out. However, there may be times when the staff could be more efficient in handling orders, as they sometimes lack guidance from adult supervision. While customer service is often on point, there have been some delays, such as waiting 15 minutes for two dipped ice cream cones. Some customers have noted interesting flavors, like the pretzels having a maple syrup taste, and the queso not being too zesty. Overall, the meals are considered a value, making it a good choice for a casual dining experience.
