Waited 15 minutes for cold food and didn't give me one of my orders. Now had to wait for the next meal,, all while the food I already had got even colder. Had to wait another 15 minutes for the next meal. The person in line after me was also inside complaining. The guy was nice about trying to figure things out, that's the only reason I gave service a 3
We recently enjoyed some Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburgers for lunch at this location and they were excellent! Definitely one of the best hamburgers ever served at Wendy's. They were served fast and fresh by friendly people in a clean environment. Thank you
Let’s be reasonable. Wendy’s is affordable, convenient, and the food is good when it’s prepared properly. The issue is having employees who actually follow the requirements and take the job seriously. There are people who want a job but don’t necessarily want to do the job. Thomas is a great manager; he just needs to tighten up on who he hires and who he keeps.
