We had a free burger on 1/16/24. This offer was from T-Mobile. When we all went to the store and they scanned our codes for the free item, it did not work. Three phones were tried, and no codes that were scanned worked. This is the third offer from Tmobile that did not work. This is the store on Address: 9510 Applecross Rd, Jacksonville. FL. 32244 The counter lady asked to pay for our order, we said cancel. If you cannot give us the free burger we will take our business elsewhere....read full review

9pm drive thru, ordered 4 Jr cheeseburgers dlx, one car waiting for food ahead of us, we're told to wait in a parking spot, car ahead gets food, 15 minutes pass with no other cars in line after us, I wave to the associate at the window who looks surprised to see us there, she assures us we were nit forgotten and someone is coming right out, that person, in manager attire assures us they were just making us very fresh food and that was the hold uo. I went the 1/30/23 at 8:00-9:00PM the black female manager at the drive-thru accused me of ordering something I didn't order. She was rude n had me park n wait on my burger n it was sitting directly on the top of the fries that was not the size I ordered so when I pulled back to the drive-thru speaker she told me they were closing down for a while. Now U got employees out back smoking n goofing off. Yes Corporate will be contacted.
