Terrible experience. Walked into the place and was not greeted. Went to the restroom and when we came out we stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while the employees walked past us several times. No one ever asked if we would like to place an order. We ultimately ended up walking out and going to McDonald’s.

Ordered ahead on the app for 15 min pickup. Order was not even started until 5 min after I arrived, so it was 10 minutes late. I stood at counter and took 20 min for someone to ask if I wanted to place an order.

04/5/24-This location is absolutely horrible and has been for years!!! ALL these negative reviews and still nothing has changed! It's mostly the night crew! Pulled up at 1015pm and was told there would be a 15 minute wait due to shift change. Drove by and the staff is sitting around talking and playing. My daughter came back 20 mins later and still had to wait and was told they were only accepting cash and the frosty machine was down! It's interesting it's always down at night but functioning well during the day! Whoever owns this particular location could care less about who they hire and how the store is ran which is evident by the bad reviews!! Smh

Soon as I walked in I was assisted by an older employee who treated me very well. I greatly appreciate that he stopped what he was doing and I was served fast. My son ate that burger quick. Good stuff

Delicious honey butter chicken biscuit and potato wedges.
9pm drive thru, ordered 4 Jr cheeseburgers dlx, one car waiting for food ahead of us, we're told to wait in a parking spot, car ahead gets food, 15 minutes pass with no other cars in line after us, I wave to the associate at the window who looks surprised to see us there, she assures us we were nit forgotten and someone is coming right out, that person, in manager attire assures us they were just making us very fresh food and that was the hold uo. She walks away and we check the bag...Cold fries, cold burgers, stale buns and lies were all that were in there.
Love the food but the drive-thru service is TERRIBLE!!!

We had a free burger on 1/16/24. This offer was from T-Mobile. When we all went to the store and they scanned our codes for the free item, it did not work. Three phones were tried, and no codes that were scanned worked. This is the third offer from Tmobile that did not work. This is the store on Address: 9510 Applecross Rd, Jacksonville. FL. 32244
The counter lady asked to pay for our order, we said cancel. If you cannot give us the free burger we will take our business elsewhere. We walked out. As I stated this is the 3rd time this happened. We were not going to this location again.

I went the 1/30/23 at 8:00-9:00PM the black female manager at the drive-thru accused me of ordering something I didn't order. She was rude n had me park n wait on my burger n it was sitting directly on the top of the fries that was not the size I ordered so when I pulled back to the drive-thru speaker she told me they were closing down for a while. Now U got employees out back smoking n goofing off. Yes Corporate will be contacted.
