10/10 experience with this Pizza Hut location. We made a special request and they gladly went out of their way and fulfilled it with ease, and had an extremely pleasant attitude while doing so. Thank you to the workers at this location for being so kind and helpful
The location at 9501 Crosshill Blvd in Oakleaf Town Center Jax, FL need to retrain their employees on HOW TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC! Why get an attitude with ME bc YOU didn't give me all of my order that I PAID FOR??? So while waiting for the rest of my order that WASN'T FIXED IN FIRST PLACE, the food I did get was getting cold. This is a recurring problem with this location. It's ALWAYS SOMETHING when you get there. Food not correct, lukewarm, waiting forever on items that's supposed...read full review
