This place is a mess and so is their support! They clearly did NOT pay attention to the special instructions and got both pizzas wrong. (My mistake was having someone pick them up for me) I called what I thought was the local number. After getting the run around, they finally verified the instructions and said "I can transfer you to the store if you want?" Wait, what? This isn't the store? She then connected me to the wrong store. At this point all i could do is start over. I gave up. They won this battle, but lost a customer.

I want to give a special thanks to Laron the store manager who went above and beyond to correct the mistake Door Dash made. He made sure our satisfaction was granted by remaking our food hot n fresh and personally delivering it. It is because of those measures made to ensure my happiness with excellent service that I will remain a returning customer!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. They delivered someone else's food to my house. The delivery driver said to me "I'll call them when I get in the car, you can too." I guess that translated to, find yourself something else to eat because we're not going to make this right. Even though I PAID online. Worst. Service. Ever.

10/10 experience with this Pizza Hut location. We made a special request and they gladly went out of their way and fulfilled it with ease, and had an extremely pleasant attitude while doing so. Thank you to the workers at this location for being so kind and helpful

The location at 9501 Crosshill Blvd in Oakleaf Town Center Jax, FL need to retrain their employees on HOW TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC! Why get an attitude with ME bc YOU didn't give me all of my order that I PAID FOR??? So while waiting for the rest of my order that WASN'T FIXED IN FIRST PLACE, the food I did get was getting cold. This is a recurring problem with this location. It's ALWAYS SOMETHING when you get there. Food not correct, lukewarm, waiting forever on items that's supposed to be ready, or mainly RUDE ATTITUDES from employees!!! If there were other locations close, I'd try those but mainly we go to Marco's or Domino's. And I personally rather have Pizza Hut but refuse to deal with the attitudes all the time.Do better or shut down!!

This Pizza Hut location is the worst. I ordered over $100 worth of pizza, and one of our pizzas had all of the toppings slid off. I tried to contact the restaurant and was placed on hold for 24 minutes. I hung up and called back then when I requested to speak to a manager the female on the phone hung up on me. This place has very poor customer service, and it looks like Papa John's will be receiving all of our pizza orders now. We ordered weekly but never again.
