Service: the staff is always friendly and attentive, took out allergy concern very seriously and double checked everything with the chefs. Food: the quality is consistent, the ramen portions are generous, and I appreciate the sushi rolls all have distinct flavors. I personally love the takoyaki which have come out fresh and piping hot every time. Atmosphere: anime posters on the walls, very tidy table and chairs layout, lighting that isnt too bright or too dim. The bathrooms are also very clean.”

“My best friend and I have been dying to try Fufu and Egusi because it’s been all over TikTok and when I stumble upon this place and read all the reviews we knew we had to try it ! We’ve have similar food before like Brown Stew Chicken but not from this place ! We ordered the Fufu and Egusi, Brown Stew Chicken with Jollof Rice, Cabbage, and we were lucky enough to try their Mac & Cheese (which was also raved about), and I ordered their Okra Soup with Fufu & their raspberry leaf tea ! For starters I usually never finish my drink before my food comes but this raspberry leaf tea WAS SO DELICIOUS AND REFRESHING ! I ended up getting another one before leaving. The Fufu and Egusi, Okra Soup, Brow stew chicken, Mac & Cheese, and Jollof rice DID NOT DISAPPOINT! My best friend and I love FLAVOR and their food was not short of it ! The owners were amazing and even offered to let us have a sample before ordering but we just went ahead and ordered an I’m glad we did. Like I said we’ve had brown stew chicken from other places but this chicken was so delicious and the Jollof rice had such a perfect amount of heat that went so well with the chicken and Mac & Cheese. We’ve never had fufu, Egusi, or okra soup before but let me tell you it by far exceeded our expectations. Like I said we’ve been seeing it all over TikTok and we were hoping it wasn’t just a “trend”. THEIR FOOD DESERVES ALL THE HYPE. The owners, the food, and the tea was all amazing and we will definitely be back! This place a the owners deserve all the credit for their hard work and delicious food ! You can really tell they love what they do and it for sure shows in their food !”

“Ford's garage fries, crispy yet soft on the inside. Flaky and peppery with a perfect balance of salt to compliment it. Hard to get on point fries, however these people accomplished it. The burger is larger than you would expect from a visual standpoint. It has fresh ingredients. I had the bison instead of the standard beef. It's freshly ground instead of ground beef. So as opposed to the patties being frozen coming in it's slabs of meat that they grind and then cook. The medium well option that I went with I recommend highly. They seared it on the outside and cooked at medium on the inside. The char has good flavor to it and the barbecue sauce has a very nice marriage with the cheddar cheese and the applewood smoked bacon. The romaine lettuce adds a nice touch on the bottom of the burger instead of the top. It's overall a very hard Burger to beat by any other restaurant. I very strongly recommend Ford's garage to any nostalgic burger lover.”

The food was extraordinary! I had the protein waffle and my daughter had a dragon fruit bowl. Both were healthy, filling, and delicious. My daughter ordered a fruit drink and I had an iced tea drink. Again, both excellent.
I can only hope we are in Gainesville again so we can visit GainzVille Hub! Highly recommend!!”

“I spent the day at the property repairing the doors that were broken into and dealing with the area on the bar porch where a fire had been started.
We have already removed the privacy fence that surrounded the bar area. Additionally, we had to add carriage bolts and boards to bolt the doors back together to secure the building. I believe the police department has been using the site for training their search dogs lately.
It is sad to see this place go; I’ve seen many bands and had many burgers in that In-N-Out drive-thru growing up. It will certainly be missed, as both the bar and those burgers seem to be a thing of the past now. As a final update, the new property owners are based out of Tennessee.”

We were quickly seated and our server had great energy that really helped set the tone for a fun night. We started with a chicken quesadilla which was delicious and packed with huge chicken chunks. For my meal I ordered the eat and play combo wings and they were terrific. They were crispy underneath and the sauce was sweet and very flavorful. We also enjoyed happy hour beer, although I did not realize it was domestic beer only so my Modelo did not qualify, which was a small surprise. We did an hour of free game play and there was a really good variety of games, especially for a group of three. The game room had a large selection and everything felt well maintained. All of the staff we interacted with were pleasant and friendly. Overall we were really impressed with how much they offer, including catering and large event options. We will definitely be back again.”

The three ladies across from us having her girls night out made the whole evening very special. Unfortunately, the old man next to my daughter was negative about everything. We order Spring rolls as an appetizer, and they arrived piping hot and full of fresh goodness with. Great dipping sauce. My husband ordered a combo noodle bowl with beef, chicken and pork which was full of flavor and tender meats and vegetables. I ordered the special, Short Rib Bun Bo Hue, and I’m glad I did! Best I’ve ever had! A large, tender short rib was situated on top with an extra plate to cut it off the bone and add back to the soup, a rich lemongrass, lightly spiced broth with soft noodles and a plate of fresh bean sprouts, Thai basil, a lime wedge and jalapeño slices to add for extra flavor. I was in heaven!🤗. We met the beautiful TiTi and her handsome hubby, owners, while enjoying our meal and learned their family has had this restaurant for over 30 years! The salad was deceitfully simple and plain looking but actually original and very delicious. The steak was prepared properly to order and was tasty. The area Not Your Mammy's is centrally located, has little to no prepared dining options, after speaking with one of the team members, she explained, "This is one of the reasons, I wanted to create a space for our community". She and her family decided to operate the NYM food truck during the weekend, to give people a space to come get some great food, and I big smile to help elevate their vibe.
