“I'd just like to express my sincere appreciation for Joleen after this mornings fiasco.
My husband's car is getting fixed so I had to take him to work, along with our 4 year old and 2 year old. Along the way, the kids started sobbing about their hunger so we pulled into Sonic (also my husband loves their breakfast). Of course, we got there just a few minutes too early (go figure) and nobody answered the drive thru lane and I said oh, are they even open yet? Then a friendly voice came over the speaker and said they weren't open for 7 minutes but she was willing to assist us now, she just needed a little extra time/patience.
We placed our orders and waited for the food to come out, and then this sweet girl actually apologized about OUR wait/delay (like we weren't the idiots who showed up before opening).
I'd just like to thank her so much for her kindness and let her know how much she is appreciated. I had a very very happy family this morning.“

Well looks like Sonic got a make over for the US's 250th . Building is painted Red,White and Blue. Wife wanted to try one of their limited time slushies. Cocunut was nice and refreshing, cold. And the girl was friendly who dropped it off to us.
The one thing that bugs me everytime i go there, picking which spot to park at and then pull in only to find the order kiosk is down. Then you have to move. Then when you park at one, order then the card payment option is disabled.. Its gotten better here , but these things make it aggrevating at times.
They also have new picnic table seating out there now
UPDATED***** Manager and corporate got back to me within a few days, and we have been back since. Must of just been an off night, they thanks me for taking the time to do review as well as talk to and email them..So i have changed my reciew of them as they truly care about how their customers are treated.“
