“I drive for UberEats, and Blake (I think) was awesome earlier this week when he helped coordinate with me to fulfill a last minute order. There was a glitch and the order info wasn't visible, so I had to relay the order over the phone on my way to the restaurant. Blake was all ears.
A lot of restaurants and/or restaurant staff fail to recognize that facilitating last minute orders and helping drivers resolve similar issues is a huge help not only to the drivers but also the customer who is receiving the order.
There are many establishments in Gainesville that will not make an order if it comes in right before close (they've already broken down their equipment, the fryers are off, the tea has already been dumped, etc.).
Blake ensured that this Sonic location wasn't on that list. The driver got paid, the customer recieved their food, and Sonic made a sale. Kudos to Blake!“

Well looks like Sonic got a make over for the US's 250th . Building is painted Red,White and Blue. Wife wanted to try one of their limited time slushies. Cocunut was nice and refreshing, cold. And the girl was friendly who dropped it off to us.
The one thing that bugs me everytime i go there, picking which spot to park at and then pull in only to find the order kiosk is down. Then you have to move. Then when you park at one, order then the card payment option is disabled.. Its gotten better here , but these things make it aggrevating at times.
They also have new picnic table seating out there now
UPDATED***** Manager and corporate got back to me within a few days, and we have been back since. Must of just been an off night, they thanks me for taking the time to do review as well as talk to and email them..So i have changed my reciew of them as they truly care about how their customers are treated.“
