Sonic Drive-In in Jacksonville

“I use to go to the one off of Julington Creek when it was still open to buy my usual Sugar-Free Peach Slush with Extra Syrup. Unfortunately, they closed down permanently so ever since I have had school, I swing by every so often. The service is really fast and the staff is very straight forward and friendly! It’s always such a treat to come by and order my favorite.“

“I recently went to 5 Guys. It cost 3 times as much as Sonic and the burger is better here. I love the smash burger. They sometimes are a little overwhelmed and short staffed but they are almost always very nice. This is probably the last fast food chain that serves fresh made burgers. Even Whataburger pre cook their burgers now. So for a delicious, fresh, hot smash burger, Sonic is your place.“

“So I made a trip to Arkansas and there seems to be a sonic on every corner up there. I never cared much about sonic food but on the way home I had to stop and get something to eat as I was starving. So you guessed it. Sonic on the corner. I ordered the double bacon cheese burger combo. I got down the road and thought dang was I really that hungry? or was that burger really that good?
Anyway I'm back home and thought I would test the theory whether I was hungry or the sonic burger was really that good. I ordered the same double bacon cheese burger combo and also ordered it for my wife also. I'll have to say the burger was really that good. Wife also agrees and that is saying something. They did mess up on 1 order but a sonic staff ( Joshua) was on top off it and got it fixed. Had a good experience and great food at this 103rd st sonic.

“I came by to try the new strawberry horchata slush and it was amazing, and it only took maybe 2 or 3 minutes from me ordering to me receiving the drink, the drive thru girl was super sweet and even offered to get me some mints. I will definitely be coming back to this location.“
