It’s unfortunate that we have to go all the way to 103rd for decent service. The waits here are ridiculous for simple mobile orders. If they are out of something you ordered via app you have to call corporate and go through their call center to get a gift card sent to you because they won’t refund your original payment method. Every time I get a Sonic Blast, they throw the cookie dough on the bottom, add vanilla ice cream, EXCLUDE the brownie chunks, and sprinkle chocolate...read full review
I am writing this review because of the strawberry passion fruit sparkling refresher. I bought it believing it was going to taste like an artificial flavoring bs, but instead I was pleasantly surprised. The drink did not have too much or too little sugar and the flavor did not taste artificial at all. I will be returning as long as they have this drink because you can’t get this quality drink at any fast food place that I know of. In this Florida heat this drink is a godsend.
Tots tasted burnt, speaker on ordering box didnt work and it took 30 minutes to get our mobile order

Sonic Drive-In has made significant improvements in service, featuring fast and polite staff. The menu and online ordering are now efficient. Special mentions to Eddie for fixing orders promptly. The tasty food and courteous staff create a pleasant dining experience. The night manager was particularly helpful in resolving any issues. Customers have praised the burgers as great, while the Tater Tots are considered better than the French fries. There was a recent visit where customers enjoyed shakes and the SuperSONIC® Bacon Double Cheeseburger, noting the server Tramaya was quick and friendly. However, some customers advised caution with the chicken strips, saying they don't taste that good. Parking was fairly clean, but there are signs of changes in the drive-up stalls area. One customer had a wonderful experience with Reagan, who was helpful and patient, making recommendations that turned out delicious. Sonic Drive-In remains a great place to grab a quick and delicious meal.
