how do you go from being five stars 20 years ago to 1 and 1/2 stars and 2026? well, we'll start out by talking about the quality of the food. the food quality is obviously not the same. it tastes like leftover Chinese food. I've left in my refrigerator for a couple days. if I ever get the noodles. oh my God. you know they're going to be hard as bricks. everything is hard as bricks. they charge extra for premium items that are barely any left in the thing on the counter. so I might...read full review

Portions are really small. Watched the lady heap some noodles on one order and on ours and others small rice and noodles. The portions in the much reduced containers was smaller than other locations. Not sure if all locations are using the much reduced Styrofoam containers.
You will leave hungry or in an hour or less.
