Remembered when this location was built. Now it looks unappealing to the eye. Most of the Drive thru speakers barely work, looks battered & worn, screens cracked or broken. My son's good was lukewarm at best. Poor customer service, staff sounds like they don't want to be at work, all of this is not exactly Tip worthy, Good Luck!

If there was an option for zero stars I would have clicked that, I was here on a Wednesday afternoon at 3:25 pm, I pulled up hit the red button, I was instructed to wait a few min to take my order, I waited 15 min and then I heard the other 6 cars that showed up after me get their orders taken, I hit the red button again, no reply, I get out and ask what's going on and get told it was a mistake and to go back to my vehicle and hit the button again, I then asked for the manager name and was instructed "Kayla" wasn't there and to call in the morning, in a world where I'd prefer human interaction I'd like for them to just replace this whole location with automated robots please. 10 out of 10 won't be back.

Short staffed? Was told there will be a 5-10 minute hold. After 10 minutes I kept hearing other customers being told the same thing. I ringed the button again and I was told to wait 5-10 minutes again. Waited for a total of 20 minutes, other customers were getting verbally pissed off, yelling in their cars, and leaving. Someone was ready to fight. I was only there for the free solar eclipses glasses with that shake but I couldn’t even get my order in.

Yet another fast food restaurant that's anything but fast. And to make my 30 minute wait sadder I only ordered three items. Three chicken wraps.Speaking of are completely garbage. The Baja cheese had a sour weird taste. You get one piece of chicken for $2. Save money buy a bag of chicken strips from the store.And this location on Normandy needs to be reviewed. For the number of employees there nobody should be waiting that long.And hell yes I want a complete refund. Absolutely poor service.

Me and my sister placed orders for ice cream and it was just ice cream no topping thanks to Eddie he fixed then with no complaints. Eddie was very kind and sweet to us . The best worker I’ve had an Encounter with . Thanks Eddie !!!

Onions must be cheap to buy and tough to grill...Ordered 2 garlic butter bacon cheeseburgers...each was covered in raw onions, half a piece of bacon and buns that clearly sat out all day...Tots and onion rings were under cooked...No chocolate strawberry shakes, despite all the ads for them, everywhere...So, just yuck...if anyone would actually respond to the order button, I'd ask for a refund...but alas, I'm not going to wait 30 more minutes (took that long to order at 3 stalls)...Won't be back...Thanks sonic for a bad $32 meal.
