We have become repeat customers and decided this is our new favorite sushi and ramen place!
Service: the staff is always friendly and attentive, took out allergy concern very seriously and double checked everything with the chefs.
Food: the quality is consistent, the ramen portions are generous, and I appreciate the sushi rolls all have distinct flavors. I personally love the takoyaki which have come out fresh and piping hot every time.

some of the best Kani salad, really fast service, the salmon and yellowtail rolls excellent too, I'm just really happy with this place from my first visit! Will be back. Can't wait to try more complicated things. thank you

The cuisine is outstanding, with the Kinya Ramen described as incredible, delicious, and made fast, represented beautifully, and hot. Everything that is fried is fried to perfection. The wings are amazing and a great addition to any meal. The staff is attentive, super friendly, and helpful, contributing to a great environment with lots of anime art, especially One Piece. The atmosphere is awesome. This place is hands down the best and most authentic Japanese food in all of Central Florida, with every dish being top-tier and well-made. Highly recommended for any occasion or just great Japanese food.
