My experience at Bento was amazing, the food was delicious and the workers were very polite.
The soda fountain was broken when we went but I love Bento. Staff were very helpful & looked out for us while ordering (we used the kiosk but you can order in person) & when we were done. We were looking around where to self bus & one of the women came & got our bowls.

BENTO in Gainesville, Newberry offers friendly and efficient service, with employees who go the extra mile to ensure a great dining experience. The restaurant is known for its delicious and abundant sushi, such as the Bobo, Mount Fuji, and Masawrap. The Mt. Fuji and Special Mex are popular choices in the sushi combo. While many customers enjoy the food, some have found the prices a bit high for fast-casual sushi. Caution is advised with the wasabi if it's not a favorite. Recently, some customers have mentioned issues with the air conditioning, describing the location as hot and uncomfortable. Despite these concerns, BENTO maintains a positive reputation for its food quality and service, making it a spot worth returning to for the food.
