Any time I online order at bento it never provides good food! This time today specifically I order a mango green tea with no regular boba but only popping mango and I take a sip and get a taste of brown sugar boba!? And inspect my drink to see black/brown speckles on the inside bottom of my drink that i identify as reminisce of brown sugar boba. They must of put it in and then actually read my order and dumped it out without giving new cup! I immediately call and speak to the worker that made my drink and said “nope I didn’t do that” but I was like I have no problem driving to the location and returning this drink to prove it but then was told not necessary and would be assured to be refunded when I only wanted a new drink. I listened to the worker and then to get a email that I can’t be refunded when I offered to go to the location to actually receive a sanitary accurate order. I alway order this completely only mango drink and never had these brown specs inside my drink.

We used to love coming to Bentos, but it seems like it's being run into the ground these days My husband and son's meal came out quickly, but my daughter and I had to wait 40 min for our rolls to be served. It had hardly anyone seated for dinner. The place was hot and smelly. Tables were dirty. Food was poor quality. Drink machine had no carbonation or ice. NEVER GOING BACK. We talked to the "manager", but he kept leaving the conversation to assist other people and didn't want to hear our complaint.

We ordered 3 bento boxes. The portions were very small. It was a take out and did not go back to complain. The regular size was less than 1/2 the regular amount. We will never go back.

12:32pm on my lunch and this place was dead. No tvs to watch or a bar. The service was not great, the one girl acted like she did not hear me on two occasions. Luckily i am from out of town and will never be coming back to this resturant. I would advise try to sample the food either from someone else order or just go out on a limb. I got the general toso chicken with shrimp. They dont use regular shrimp but shrimp substitute. The chicken was good but i had no shrimp, so a waste of money. Then the fried rice had so many onions in it I could not enjoy my rice. But i would advise getting white rice. Over all 2 out of 5 with me never coming back. I would advise my followers try another location first.

This restaurant must have new owners or management. This used to be my favorite. Unfortunately prices have gone way up while atmosphere and accomodations have detoriated dramatically.You can tell because it used to be a 30-45 min wait to order and find seating, however the restaurant was dead. Bathrooms were bad, as well. Sad to see such an amazing restaurant go downhill.I will go again because Bento deserves another chance after years of success and will update my review, but the other reviews tells me that I'm not the only one watching it change.

The food was only okay. I got the Korean chicken rice bowl. The rice was overcooked and was more like gruel. I was disappointed to say the least.

What's the point of having business hours if a half hour before close, with the OPEN sign lit up, the doors are locked and employees ignore you with their heads down as you check both doors confused...?

Used to be one of my favorite restaurants several years ago but I have been more and more disappointed each time I return. The bathrooms were fowl (womens on my account and mens on my boyfriend’s), fountain drink machine and counters had liquid residue dripping and the tables are sticky. Sunday evenings used to be packed in the good ole days but today it was empty and the A/C wasn’t working on top of everything (several other reviews reveal this has been an issue for months).
