“Hands down the best Asian in Gainesville and I have lived here 12 years. I would actually put it up against any Asian place in New York. Not speedy, because everything is fresh-made, right down to the wontons in the wonton soup. Dishes are very nicely spiced rather than slathered in sauce. Ingredients are high quality, from the bok choi to the beef. Please, PLEASE stay in business.“

“We recently visited Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle and were honestly really impressed. First off, a little over $1 for a soda these days is almost unheard of, so we were excited about the prices right away.
My husband and I shared the dumplings and both loved them. The texture was perfect and the flavor was really good. The portions overall felt like a great size and everything tasted freshly made. I ordered the pork fried rice and really enjoyed dipping it into the house made dumpling sauce, which honestly made the meal even better.
The vibe inside was very quiet, cozy, and romantic, making it a really nice spot for a relaxed date night. The restaurant was also extremely clean, which we always appreciate, and there was plenty of easy parking.
We’ll definitely be back once they add the ramen noodles to the menu!“

“Gainesville had a real gem with this place. We chose to go to Chopstix Cafe after searching for a local eatery. So happy we did! We order Spring rolls as an appetizer, and they arrived piping hot and full of fresh goodness with. Great dipping sauce. My husband ordered a combo noodle bowl with beef, chicken and pork which was full of flavor and tender meats and vegetables. I ordered the special, Short Rib Bun Bo Hue, and I’m glad I did! Best I’ve ever had! A large, tender short rib was situated on top with an extra plate to cut it off the bone and add back to the soup, a rich lemongrass, lightly spiced broth with soft noodles and a plate of fresh bean sprouts, Thai basil, a lime wedge and jalapeño slices to add for extra flavor. I was in heaven!🤗. We met the beautiful TiTi and her handsome hubby, owners, while enjoying our meal and learned their family has had this restaurant for over 30 years! Please go if you are in town-you will be glad you did. I give them 10 ⭐️s😋“
“About 5 food stalls and enough choices for a quick meal. Both my meals are $10 each. Some complaint about the food is not hot. I am on a road trip, didn't eat it until 4 hours later since I am on a road trip. I think the food is pretty good.“

“my wife and I went for the soft opening in Gainesville and absolutely loved it. we both got the 4 bowl. I got fried rice, udon, bourbon and Thai chicken. The bourbon was great, the best I've had in all of Gainesville. The Thai chicken could've been spicier. service was amazing and staff was very friendly. prices were very reasonable and portions were large. my wife loved the orange chicken. we'll definitely be back frequently. great job bambuu“

“We celebrated my son today, for graduating middle school and heading to the high school. The place was packed, but we were seated very quickly, and the manager allowed me to set up a lil decor display, congratulating my son’s accomplishments! The service was over the top wonderful, food was amazing (we brought a lot home) and we’ll be back! Thank you guys for the wonderful service and for giving our small party of 4.5 such a wonderful experience! ❤️🫶🏼“

“If this place would be last on earth selling food I would rather die gracefully then ever buying food from them again. We ordered Pad thai and we were served two different types of noodles with no sauce, no peanuts just lots of cabbage with few pieces of chicken I went to ask for more sauce to make this dish edible and she didn't even know what pad thai tamarind sauce is she said she has soya sauce. I asked her to either fix the dish, change it or refund us the money because it was not pad thai AT ALL and she said no to everything. They serve the most average tasting pho as well. We had to go the spot next to it to eat, we never came out of a restaurant hungry ever before. Worst experience honestly, zero for taste, zero for customer service, such a waste of food, time and money. I will never recommend this place to anyone. With those sticky tables I would have given -5 stars if I could.“

My wife and I have been coming here for 13 years ever since we met at Gainesville raceway and this has been a spot full of fond memories and good food! Will continue to come here every time we’re in Gainesville! Erin and GM are always so pleasant and fun.“

“All of the food is incredibly flavorful, and they can adjust the spice level to exactly how you like it. The aroma of the dishes alone is wonderful and makes you excited to eat before the food even arrives.
My favorite dish is the spicy basil fried rice. It comes out hot and smells incredible. The rice is soft and coated in a rich, savory flavor. When you take a bite, it almost melts in your mouth and its absolutely addicting.
The curries are also extremely flavorful—honestly the best Thai food i've ever had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Thai food or wants to try it for the first time.“

“Top notch Korean food!
My photo may be low quality but the food wasn’t. I ordered the lunch special pork belly with kimchi and lotus chips. I was VERY impressed at how flavorful everything was. Delicious food, nice staff, perfect outside/inside seating for groups of all sizes.
A hidden gem in Gainesville. I will be a repeat customer!
Second visit we ordered the pork belly and bulgogi beef. Both were fantastic!“
