“My son & stopped in for dinner recently. We were seated promptly. My son ordered a sweet tea. Harry Potter & The Prisoner of Azkaban was playing on the television and we were allowed to change our seat so that my son could watch it while we waited. I ordered the Thai Curry Chicken without rice and extra veggies & my son ordered Beef Pho. Our meal arrived promptly and was hot, fresh, generously portioned, and delicious. We were checked on by the waitress and had an enjoyable meal. Prices have gone up since our first visit pre-Covid with the sweet tea at $3 & the entrees at $12 but this is really the case everywhere. I would recommend Pho Hanoi.“

“If this place would be last on earth selling food I would rather die gracefully then ever buying food from them again. We ordered Pad thai and we were served two different types of noodles with no sauce, no peanuts just lots of cabbage with few pieces of chicken I went to ask for more sauce to make this dish edible and she didn't even know what pad thai tamarind sauce is she said she has soya sauce. I asked her to either fix the dish, change it or refund us the money because it was not pad thai AT ALL and she said no to everything. They serve the most average tasting pho as well. We had to go the spot next to it to eat, we never came out of a restaurant hungry ever before. Worst experience honestly, zero for taste, zero for customer service, such a waste of food, time and money. I will never recommend this place to anyone. With those sticky tables I would have given -5 stars if I could.“

“You want Pho? You need to Gho here, this is easily the best pho in town. This is a quintessential gainesville place and I hope it stays as a permanent fixture.
This place is a tiny, cozy, homey hole in the wall hiding big flavor and generous portions. You can see the skilled Pho Masters working their craft in the back. The service is wonderful and the vibes are immaculate. The prices aren't half bad, either. Just a wonderful place all around.
(I thought I rated this place before, been here many times. Just posting it to give these fine people credit)“
