“We had an amazing experience at Blue Bamboo! Our waitress was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable and the food was delicious! There were lots of vegan/vegetarian options. We ordered the veggie spring rolls, general tso’s cauliflower, dragon whiskers, and veggie jai tofu. Everything was fantastic and came out right on time.“
“Pretty sure this use to be a Big Easy and the container was larger, but that's probably just me aging. The food here was primarily American Chinese. I wanted Bourbon chicken and wasn't really worried what the sides were. Decided to get noodles and veggies. The food was decent but the value wasn't really there. The plate set me back about $9. Fast and friendly service. I would come back for the same thing when I am near this area again.“
“Great food, interesting vibe with the music. I got a "Create Your Own Poke Bowl. I highly recommend you add in your favourite ingredients and give it a try—treat it like a dismantled sushi bowl and add everything you'd want in a roll. The Fried Gyoza was also really good.The service was simple, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but they chose not to interact much. I can't blame them; the vibe seems intentionally chill and maybe a little "spacious."Vegetarian options: You can choose foods without proteins to avoid meats.“

They made great suggestions for any restrictions. As well as vegetarian selections on the menuDietary restrictions: Everything was fresh cooked. Very tasty. We were a qroup of four adults, (two with special diets), one deaf, one that asks too many questions, a very "picky" teenager, and a very picky pre-teen. Total of six in our group. All meals were prepared exactly to our speciciations and needs. We were seated quickly, (we were probably a little loud,) but were attended to with patience, happy smiles and wonderful, well prepared food and service with perfection. We will be going back frequently!“
