Blue Bamboo Canton Bistro offers excellent food, with meals like curry noodle dish with salad and chicken, dragon whiskers, basil miso glazed salmon, green curry shrimp and salmon, and roast duck. Sides include garlic and ginger baby bok choy and Szechuan eggplant, which converted even those who disliked eggplant. The dessert is PHENOMENAL, with all desserts made in house, and the creme brulee was the best part. Three people with different meals, all excellent. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the bar service and waitstaff are amazing. Chef Dennis is very friendly and offered solutions for an overcooked salmon, and Brian did a great job as server. A special event for 125+ was one of the best days, with amazing food, atmosphere, and service.
