Sohao is the best restaurant in Gainesville! The staff are very welcoming and accommodating and the food is on another level. My favorite dishes are the Chongqing chili chicken and the Sichuan string beans. They’re is plenty of variety in the menu and the food is super high quality. The ambience is really great too with nice music and lots of murals and statues along the wall. I enjoy also picking up food for to go and the service is great! Sohao imbibes upon all that come in with a comfortable, sincere, and authentic atmosphere, from adorations of Chinese gods to its very name being that of a Chinese-English pun (Sohao=So好=So good).
