Reviews for Alpin Bistro

Went here a while back with my girlfriend, the food was pretty good, but everything else was not. We had arrived about 15 minutes before they opened for dinner, were one of the first people seated, yet somehow we had to wait 40 minutes for our starter. I've worked in plenty of restaurants before and to satisfy my curiosity I counted the number of tables. There was less than 20, and 7 or 8 servers working that shift. Like Montessori for your taste buds and olfactory. A fun, relaxed, and not loud atmosphere to explore wines and snacks. Opened the Dionysian adventure with their Chorizo Flambe which is sized to share with another while sampling Domaine Du Prince, a French Malbec, and Mourchon. Distinctly different. Next up for mastication, Salade du Chef and La Croque Forester, a Monsiure with mushrooms and onion. Reminded me a bit of a gratin I make at home. Richly flavored and satisfying. full review

Very good, delicious food, a little pricey. The decoration and french atmosphere is very good. The waitress was friendly and helpful. Something I didn't like was the strong food smell coming from the kitchen. I think the inside space needs betrer ventilation
