lowbar coffee is a wonderful addition to this part of Gainesville, offering probably the best coffee in the city. The atmosphere is really great, awesome, low key, and cozy, fitting well with the building’s history. The coffee is incredible, killer, and exquisite, using Resident beans. The cappuccino is hands down the best ever, and lattes like the iced vanilla oatmilk and seasonal vanilla spiced latte are perfectly balanced with a great ratio, allowing the delicious nutty toasty notes of the coffee to shine through without being overly sweetened.

The baked goods are also incredible. The cinnamon sugar pretzel is light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet, while the cinnamon rolls look amazing and are delicious. There is a variety of savory sweet pastries. It is a great local neighborhood shop with a ton of community support. For now, it is order at the counter and takeaway. The people are even greater, friendly, and greeted with smiles. It is a sick and thrilling place to see local people come together to make something great.
