“We got the acai and a nutella shake. The acai was good but the shake was not the best. Maybe I shouldn’t be expecting something sweet when I go to a protein place 🫣 I wanted to try the waffle but I think it is a bit expensive for one waffle. The place is very nice to sit and enjoy a board game or work! Unfortunately we couldn’t sit inside because of a dog and outside is too hot and has some construction work going on nearby so it wasn’t very pleasant but that’s not the place’s fault. Overall worth a try!“

“The coffee is absolutely top notch. They serve Resident, the coffee tastes fresh, the recipes are dialed in. The pastries are also so so good, with a good mix of a few savory items thrown in. The service is friendly and fun. There is very little seating and not a ton of tabletop space or outlets for people who want to work -- just fyi, not a negative! It's a very cool, laid back spot to spend some time.“

I rarely leave reviews and I visit several Gainesville establishments a day. I don’t cook, I eat out. I have never had a crepe so good in my LIFE. When I walk in and see her I know it’s gonna be great. Not even me, my 3 young kids only want her crepes. I neeeed a recipe because my kids only eat what she makes. “In the day and a half that we were in Gainesville, I visited this coffee shop four times! I am a tea drinker, and fell in love with their Florida Chai. It is AMAZING, with hints of citrus in addition to more traditional spices. My daughter ordered a traditional chai and it, too, was incredible, with layers of spices. Both teas had remarkable depth and were a true brew. The shop offers a full range of coffees, teas, and baked goods, along with a few convenience items, and their menu includes several milk alternatives and natural sweeteners to choose from, in addition to standard options.“

“Food: 10/10 frappes are customizable (to an extent). Dairy free options available. They are really thick so be sure to drink them while their still very frozen or you’ll be adding ice water to it later
People: 9/10 love the people, they can just be a little hard to find at times. Each person is vastly different from the other so you’ll probably have a different experience every time (all good though!)
Atmosphere: 10/10. Definitely set upr to sell. The stands are in appropriate places to be seen but not in the way. Lighting is at a good level.
Value: two frappes with substitutes was cheaper and had better value than their surrounding competitors

“I usually don't do too many reviews, but I must say Vine Sourdough Bakery is the best. I only do 100 percent whole wheat bread. So, I wanted 100 percent whole wheat sourdough bread. I could not find it anywhere in Ocala where I live.I searched the Internet for about a month and found Vine. I sent an email, they said yes they have 100 percent whole wheat sourdough bread. I went about two weeks ago & purchased 3 loaves. The best sourdough bread I ever taste. But, I got a coffee with oat milk & honey & a cinnamon roll. I know I wasn't supposed to have the cinnamon roll, but it looked delicious. I sat in my car & ate the cinnamon roll & drank my coffee. Baby, when I tell you that was the best cinnamon roll I ever tasted, you better believe me. The coffee was so good , just a smooth different taste than other coffee I drank. I went back inside & purchased two more cinnamon rolls, one for me & one for hubby for the next day. Thank you Vine Sourdough Bakery.“

Charming lady at the counter, interior is the same as when I was in college I think. I’m OK with that! It might seat 3-10 people, it’s pleasant to sit there and eat your donuts immediately. Coffee was awful, even though a famous brand. Well I can easily make good coffee but not a bunch of doughnuts! He is always so friendly and kind, asking people about their day and being overall a very fun person to be around. I’ve asked him for recommendations before and he has given great ones every single time! He even offered to make me a new drink if I didn’t like the one I was trying.
