“Recently visited Pomodoro's with some friends for a ladies night. We had a very good experience overall! Our server was very attentive and patient with our dining decisions. We enjoyed the bottles of wine that we chose (Montepulciano) as well as the appetizer (fritto misto). The calamari and shrimp were fried perfectly and very tender. We each got a caesar salad which tasted fresh and light (some of the salads needed a little extra parmesan). The spaghetti and clams dish was very tasty and the clams were very fresh. My friends enjoyed their dishes as well (pasta valentino, gnocchi rose, ravioli florentina). We split a couple desserts as well and highly recommend the apple pie/crumble dessert! The cannoli cake was a little dense but had good flavor. It was a nice evening and we will definitely consider having another ladies night here!“
“I've been a regular at this restaurant for a while now, and it never disappoints. The service is impeccable, the staff are friendly, and the food is undeniably delicious. The only slight drawback is the extensive range of flavors, which can make it challenging to create a perfectly balanced bowl. However, the freshness and hotness of the food always make up for it. I keep coming back for more, especially for their amazing sweet potato noodles. Highly recommend giving it a try!“
“I am a huge pastry/bakery lover and i can confidently say this is one of my favorite bakeries and i’m so happy there’s two locations in Gainesville! Every single item i have tried here is delectable and sooo yummy. i love the atmosphere and matcha as well :)“
“My family and I had an early dinner tonight and everything was excellent: from the scallion pancakes and tuna tataki as appetizers to the main dishes, boolgogi, bibimbap, pork belly and jeyeuk bokkeum and the banchan. Our server, Richard, was very attentive and knowledgeable, something you don’t see very often these days. All in all, it was a very good experience , as it has been numerous times before. I’m glad you survived Covid !“

“Traveling through, found this very nice location for dinner. Great meal. Cajun seared Tuna. Cooked perfectly. My waitress Kaylee(sic) was wonderful. The beer, nice and cold. They could use a little larger selection of beers. Parking is an issue on the square.“
“East End Eatery is my favorite breakfast place in Gainesville! The best breakfast burrito in town! Always fresh veggies, gouda cheese grits that always satisfy, even a Florida native like me. Treat yourself to the best waffle in town. Crisp outside with light fluffy center. Not heavy at all. Real shrimp and grits worth the wait for cooked to order meal. The service is always friendly with a smile. The owner works all areas. She loves to meet customers. Hope you enjoy the experience as much as I do.“
“It nice to have a quick, fresh food option with plenty of vegetarian items :) I got the Pesto Tempeh Wrap and it was so crisp and delicious! Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is cute and laid back. I will definitely be coming again!“
“I moved from Virginia to Jacksonville and in dying here. We only have 1 vegan bakery!! So going to Karma Cream where they have dessert for dayzzz and some food too made my heart happy. I can't wait to return ? Thank you GainesvilleVegetarian options: Everything on the menu is vegetarian friendly they serve real honey as a syrup option for their coffee so beware that the honey is real and therefore not vegan.“
“We were travelling to Gainesville and had a traffic delay. They stayed open for us and chef prepared one if the best meals ever! They didn't rush us, and we enjoyed awesome food, drinks, friendship, and great service! Can't wait to go back next time we're in town.“
“I read some bad reviews so i was hesitant to go. Im sooo glad I did. Its my new pizza place . Pizza is like a food group in our family. Its really fun to go. They assemble your pizza in like an assembly line, like subway or publix sub line. Some starts it, then the next person takes over. Theres fresh cut toppings including pickled peppers, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes. All fresh and ripe. Brick oven toasted. The crust was great and I dont typically like thinner crust. Its amazing. You gotta go try it. Every single employee smiled and they held the door at entry & exit. Kid friendly environment. No mess no fuss. Be as loud or quiet as you want. Very clean as well. Kudos to the owner & management. We will definately be back asap.“

“We stopped in for a quick lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and attentive. We started with an appetizer(bao bun sandwiches) which was quite tasty. Our main dishes were sizable, tasty and worth it! I can tell you we will be back and we are definitely trying the Phó(it looked delicious) on our next visit.“
“We ordered catering today and the order got missed, we called 20 minutes after we were supposed to receive it and corporate customer service got right to contacting the store, they started it right away and had it delivered to us within 30 minutes of the call, Michelle delivered our food and they threw in extra sides, desert, and tea to make amends. Michelle was absolutely lovely and a joy to interact with, absolutely will use them again, the food was amazing and the customer service was phenomenal!“
“They jumped on my last minute order with the request to make them Formula One cupcakes. Not only did they get it done on time (and they looked awesome), my son and all his friends said they tasted amazing. I would highly recommend them for all your specialty dessert needs.“
“Always a pleasure meeting friends for lunch here. I had one of my faves: chicken salad on a croissant…yum…and my friend loved her horseradish roast beef sandwich. —Good service as always with a shout out to Liv for her great smile and help with menu choices!“
“Our dining experience was wonderful! Our food was delicious! (although I will never forgive PF Chang dropping their “Orange Peel Shrimp” entree, it was divine and my absolute favorite for years, extra sauce please!) But today while the replacement called “Orange Shrimp” was not the same, it was a good substitute. I had it with noodles, yumm! The crab wontons were crispy and delicious! My friend had the “Beef and Broccoli” and loved it and her fried rice. She also had the veggie spring rolls and loved them with the dipping sauce! The atmosphere was clean and bright, crisp with a lot of wood, yet still very comfortable and casual for lunch. I think it could be cozy and intimate in the evening for a dinner out.But the best part of the experience was our server, Dan! He was absolutely the best either of us have ever had: attentive, sincere, happy, well groomed, very funny, genuine, he’s just delightful! By the time we left we agreed to make sure Dan’s our server each time we go back. I would rate him a 10 star if i could!!“
