“We were seated promptly at our reservation time. We looked at the menu and ordered pretty quickly. Our food came out fast. We did feel a little rushed. The food was okay. The salads were very tired, and limp. My fish and chips were okay..a little greasy. I don't know that I would venture too far off the menu standards of burgers and beer the next time we go.“

The bar always seems lively. They have shoes string fries which is my husband's absolute favorite. It brings some of the festivity of a Disney restaurant attraction. The menu has fun names for the items - literary theme and all. There is even Poe readings playing in the bathroom. The service is always good even when it gets super busy. I always have fun when we go here!“
“Well we rarely ever complain but service was very slow outa the gates. We were seated lait on our reservation, and it took 40 minutes to get our appetizers. After asking our server Rei if he could please provide us more attention and were not happy with the service, he quickly made an extra effort to ensure the rest of our meal went above and beyond. Appetizers we ordered: fried green tomatoes, calamari, poke nachos - all absolutely divine no complaints Hubby and I I ordered: Ribeye steak medium rare - this was cooked to perfection. It just the perfect amount of seasoning and charred just the way I like it. Seated New Bedford scallops - can I just say these were some of the best scallops I've ever had? So fresh, so moist and tender, perfectly seared on one side with flavors locked in each bite The grits were creamy and the broth presented with a nice flavorful. Collard greens were cut like I prefer them to be, not too big that it slivers down and makes you choke and not too small that it makes you feel like you're eating shredded veggies. Small details matter and they nailed it! Overall a great experience. A highly recommended restaurant for date night and group events“

I love the Tri-fecta with a waffle and that delicious fruit compote❣️ This trip was no exception; eggs done perfectly, bacon was crispy, waffle was great....and the compote was awesome. I only wish I had that recipe! The place was a little busy so service was kind of slow and my 1st pot of coffee was cold. However, it was worth the wait and my coffee was replaced with a nice hot pot! Thank you FW. “
“15 minutes before closing, we were greeted as if it was the opening for the day. This was our first time visiting Vito’s Pizza and the young ladies who waited on us answered all of our questions, made recommendations enthusiastically and were very attentive to our needs. Vito personally came over to welcome us and express his appreciation for choosing his restaurant for dinner. Vito’s Pizza has been open for 8 years and I am angry with myself for not trying them out sooner. This will definitely not be my last visit and I surely will be telling my family and friends to check them out.“

“Cute little coffee shop and study spot! Order at the counter and plenty of seating in the shop. Lots and LOTS of coffee, tea, spritzer options with pastries, meat pies, and other savories and sweets to accompany! We got the blueberry muffin and they warmed it up for us -- so soft and delicious! My partner got the blue berry spritzer with watermelon and he liked it but it was an artificial watermelon flavor that wasn't for me. The pink strawberry peach spritzer that I got was from the Easter seasonal menu. I would try the matcha and chai the next time I come! Some of the seasonal flavors seem really delicious!“

The store is small but the setup is perfect. There are many different flavors of cakes to choose from. They have the best icing on them that I've ever tasted. The cakes themselves are Bundt Cakes with cream cheese icing. There are different sizes to choose from depending on what your needs are. If you need it for a party they've got you if you need it for a gift they also got you. Or if you are indulging for yourself they got that too.“

“This restaurant is amazing and the servers are very professional. I had a work meeting here, and my boss asked for the gluten-free menu( I have Celiac) . They had a separate menu, and they cooked everything separate , with no cross contamination. The manager came and talked to me and read the gluten-free menu for me. She was very smart and careful. “Macarons are of very high quality and a large variety of flavors are offered. I'm most impressed with the Madagascar Vanilla and Red Velvet flavors. The Napoleon is also of excellent quality, but it out of stock many times we have visited. The Macarons are pricy, but are of high enough quality to warrant it as a treat. Solid dessert shop.“
“Pies are all homemade and delicious. I tried the strawberry rhubarb pie and the coconut cream..Then I had the spaghetti pie and Sheppard’s pie as well. Everything tasted good, my only complaint was that I wish that she would’ve use different meat in the spaghetti pie but that was the best out of the two pies. I can’t wait to go back. It’s very easy to miss, it’s not a fancy place but a cute little small house tucked away in the corner and the owner is a very nice woman.We got to chat for a little while and it was nice to find out that she was a true Christian woman. I pray that god blesses her business to expand and grow.“
