“Every thing is awesome and the food is made almost right in front of you. The sitting area is close to the sidewalk so you get to see outside while you eat. The food is scrumptious and delectable, very large portions but the desert crepes are smaller than the meal crepes. Overall the entire experience was awesome and the whole family enjoyed it! Even after the meal, we are still talking about it!“
“A local store owner recommended Ember. She said to get the flatbread pizza. She was right! Four of us started with the grilled Caesar salad and the crispy Brussel sprouts. Both were perfect apps to split and the Caesar had a great smoky flavor. We each ordered our own flatbread and shared. We ordered Margherita, Green , the boar and the yardbird. The green was a pizza with a salad on top, so wouldn't recommend ordering as takeout, but it was great eating in the restaurant. The Board had great flavors that mixed together well. The Margherita and yardbird were also excellent. None of us had a favorite. Our waitress Kristen was attentive and a great conversationalist. Highly recommend if you are on St Simons. Really fun atmosphere and a cool bar!“
“Excellent pizza. Was from out of town, and popped into the store without placing an order ahead of time.Customer service was good. They explained the different size options, and how many topping I could have for a certain price.Was pleased with the medium and two toppings (extra onions, pepperoni). Order was ready inside of twenty minutes.“
“It's sad to me that frozen yogurt seems to have run its course again. Remember TCBY??? Now many of these places are not doing well. This place was very cute with a limited choice of flavors. There were good toppings. We got coconut and chocolate swirled. We added quite a few toppings. It was good.“
“This place was really a surprise find! First of all, I’m gluten free so sometimes it’s difficult find ing food options. They have TONS of gluten free options. The service was excellent. Drinks perfect. Food was so good. We will definitely be back. It was just my husband and I. We sat at a high top in the bar. Great place to people watch. “Mellow mushroom is amazing! The pizza reminds me of New York Pizza. My mom and I were really really hungry. We were so happy that we opened up the box when we just got into the car and we tore it up. We had the Holy Shiitake. I believe the pizza should have more mushrooms on it. Then we love watching the chef make the pizza.“
“The food is a 20 out of 10! This place is a vibe all on its own. April is down to earth, nice and attentive. The other team members were nice and attentive too. You can tell they work great together. The peach pound cake with vanilla ice cream is a must!!! We will be back before we leave town.“
“Lovely patio to enjoy delicious lunch with our Labrador retriever. My husband and I both got the Deli Rose sandwich which was warm and tasty. Good sized portion. Ordered inside and a delightful employee brought the meals out to us when ready. We had brought our own water/bowl for our dog but still appreciated that they offered us some. Outside temperature was warm enough to sit outside but we were glad to see they had heaters just in case it would have been chilly. While we didn't eat inside b/c we had our Lab with us, we took turns going inside to see the beautiful wood work and decorations. Thanks Yellow Deli!“
“Sonny's is my favorite BBQ restaurant. The brisket is absolutely outstanding, and the Sonny's BBQ sauce is second to none. The service at this location is the friendliest in town, which is stellar considering that the locals everywhere have been extremely friendly to me as a visitor. “Saturday March 9th was a very busy day, and must have been in an unusual way for the team. Everything was not up to the same level of greatness for sure. My garlic knots were bread modules with little to no garlic butter and my usually really good Pep Pizza was not good; crust was doughy (not cooked all the way) and the sauce was in clumps. Overall the place was mostly clean, a few spills were still evident on the floor. Everyone is allowed a bad day, and for me - in over 20 years, this was a first for my pizza go-to place. I'll be back in a few days, as usual, and give it another go.“
“Perfect option to gather with friends. Many options of fresh sushi/sashimi that were truly bite sized! . The beef skewers were flavorful and medium rare. Staff were friendly and engaging and responded seamlessly to special requests. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. This is the room for those who prefer business casual.“
“This place is amazing. The interior is super cute. They have a lot of tables inside and a counter. They have a few tables outside on the porch. The donuts and biscuits are so delicious. The vanilla brioche donut that I ordered literally melted in my mouth. I also ordered a latte which was fine. My daughter ordered a biscuit with sausage and cheese. I plan to get the donut and the biscuit next time! So good! You have to order at the counter and the line is always long primarily because of them making coffees. You can order ahead which I recommend but while you are waiting it is fun to look in the window and watch them baking all those delicious treats!“
