We had Wayne Head do the food at our wedding and it was absolutely amazing!! All of our guests were asking where it was from!! He was very knowledgeable about portions and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process!! We had fried chicken, fried pork chops, fried fish, fried ribs, jambalaya, green beans, baked beans, Mac and cheese, and rolls! If you need food for a party or just lunch I would highly recommend checking them out!!
First time trying them and I’m blown away. The amount of food you get for the price is amazing. Definitely will be coming back, absolutely delicious and amazing 10000000000/10 recommend
I came by and had a chicken salad. Full and delicious will 100% be back 😋😋

Based on the reviews, Wayne Heads Southern Kitchen serves food that is absolutely amazing and very delicious. The food is made fresh and has love and soul added to it. The menu includes garlic parm wings, shrimp, slider burgers with golden sauce and red bell peppers, wings with Sweet and Hot, and the specialty is the Golden Flavor. For parties, they offer fried chicken, fried pork chops, fried fish, fried ribs, jambalaya, green beans, baked beans, Mac and cheese, and rolls. The fish&shrimp plate is the best seafood in Gainesville. The food is super good with nice portions, and you won’t be hungry after. The owner is friendly and very knowledgeable about portions. It is a trailer next to a gas station, so the atmosphere is terrible, but the food is worth the short wait. There are no drinks sold, but they can be bought from the gas station. It is highly recommended for a party or just lunch.
