“My son and I visited Subway like we usually do .This was on Thursday evening after we get off from the courthouse. Anyway I got a Tuna which I love and a Bmt . When I tell you that those sandwiches were incredibly great .Fresh Bread and veggies. And the Ladies were very knowledgeable and Friendly. Will continue to stop here. People quick to complain but I want to give a positive review.“
“Honestly one of the fastest, most efficient subways I’ve been too. Handling all the college students throughout the day is tough and they always have a good attitude. Never waited more than 5 minutes for a sub. Great work and employees here!!“

“I've written elsewhere about how Subway has overall, altogether become "meh" but this location has more consistently fulfilled orders accurately.They're a few minutes' drive further than the closer Haile location but especially if they've been my convenient go-to with a loved one in the hospital they've seldom disappointed. Their being right beside a big regional hospital, with people on any given day far more likely to be stressed out, including patients and hospital staff both, who might take a botched order far less kindly than I, probably motivates them to do right. I can appreciate that.Of course, a standard barometer for any take-out and especially fast food is not getting sick, and I haven't once in recent years felt ill after a meal from this Subway, so that's a plus no matter what.“
“Quan is a superstar at this subway he knows what I like, he's professional, fast, a team player, he knows what he's doing, doesn't play around over the food, (unlike the young workers) he's attentive, assertive but a sweet heart, hes the BEST player on the team!!! “The food is the typical Subway food, but I must say that the staff members were very friendly. The food was fresh and tasty and the Resturant was nice and clean. They have a good amount of parking out the back and plenty of tables inside to dine in. When we were there the sandwich maker/ cashier actually listened to what we really wanted when we ordered the food. When we ask for extra lettuce, that is what we want; and to our amazement we received .what we asked for. She was polite and helpful.“

The young lady fixing my sandwich was polite, professional and very patient with me even when I couldn't make up my mind about what toppings to put on my sub.Vegetarian options: They sale veggie subs. I haven't tried it yet but it's nice to know that they offer them on their menu.Parking: The parking lot was large and there were several slots very close to the Subway sandwich shop which made it easier for me to enter the store without having to do a lot of walking.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a wheelchair ramp with railings near the entrance.“

“Booked a room here recently for a UF tour, which also leaves from Reitz Union. Room was very basic but comfortable. Beautiful view of campus with a huge balcony. Wifi was fastest of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Room was very quiet (in fact I started to wonder if anyone else was in the hotel). Hotel can be tricky to find and getting from the parking garage back to the hotel does require some instructions but if you're touring UF or have any business on campus I can't imagine staying anywhere else.“
“I work in close proximity to Shands, so I go to Subway in Shands when I want to pick up lunch. As far as fast food goes, this is probably the one place I can get something "healthy". There is usually a line but it moves pretty fast because the crew knows what they're doing and are used to handling so many people. When they're slammed you may not get super personal service but your meal be correct. When they're not too busy you'll get a smile. To help make the line move, be ready with your order when you get to the counter or step out of line. The customers range from staff to the Shands medical folks to patients in all forms of reason for being at Shands. So take care that not everybody can wait around for you or feel well enough to wait around for you. Otherwise, enjoy your lunch!“
“Ordered the Turkey Vault. Firstly they said the fresh mozzarella was out of stock. Then the guy went on to toast the sub with all the veggies and burnt some of them. And to top it off he did not even add the guacamole to it. Horrible service from this store.The one down south on NW 13th St is far better than them.Update - Was able to get hold of the manager to get the refund“
“Usually very good and very nice people working. However, the last time that I went, there were two persons behind the counter. They did not greet or even look at us. The gentleman ahead left all at once. We waited in our turn, but neither of them raised their heads. They were indeed making outside orders. However, two.persons can.do a different task each. Not even looking at people is. very universal. We ended up leaving of course, since these two people did not pay us the least attention. It is too bad because it has always been great otherwise. It seems to me like these two definitely need more training“

I've also seen her train new staff members and each time she was very patient and supportive of them. Truly an amazing employee and a great store.“
“They were cleaning when I walked through the door and the whole time constantly cleaning I commended them on good job there were doing never stop the whole time I was standing there good ? job there bread was fresh the meat was fresh too and the veggies were fresh the soup was awesome ? that's the only one I go to love it it's the only one if something that's not right bring it back they'll make it wright see the manager number one for me I go there.“
