I work in close proximity to Shands, so I go to Subway in Shands when I want to pick up lunch. As far as fast food goes, this is probably the one place I can get something "healthy". There is usually a line but it moves pretty fast because the crew knows what they're doing and are used to handling so many people. Where do I start... rude, unprofessional, lollygaggers. My "artist" was clearly working her first day or so, she allowed they only had "white bread" (Italian) the artist coach and other two employees were in the back lollygagging and throwing dough. She didn't know how to cut the bread, assemble the sandwich, or even wrap it. And she allowed there was no receipt paper for 2 days. The staff here is not very friendly at all. Very robotic and not what you expect from a subway franchise. Huge turn off with the "NO FREE REFILLS" Sign for the fountain drink machine. Fountain drinks literally cost these companies pennies!
