Let me start by saying I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews. I’ve worked in the service industry, both bussing tables when I was younger and waitressing, so I’m very understanding. For me to leave a review this negative, the service truly had to be poor.

Great time up there at Crafty
Been a patron for years. Like the food, the prices and the vibe. Last night I ordered takeout. Online menu prices were not included. Upon arrival I discovered my Philly Cheese sandwich was $19.50. What is this, Ruth Chris?
