Probably one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever been to. None of that mashed tuna a lot of places use. Food is outstanding the fried rice dish makes an excellent table dish as well.
Sushi Matsuri has delicious sushi! Ate dinner here for the first time today. The fish to roll ratio is impressive & the sashimi is fresh & tastes amazing! This place is by far within the top 3 sushi spots in Gainesville.

Prices are not right in here. It’s misleading. The chicken katsu meal costs $19 and some cents almost 20$ not $15 as listed here. The restaurant claims no cotrol over the prices listed here. They are not the ones who published this or have any access to this. They said they have reached out to Google and Google has not done anything to fix it.
