Never place a mobile order with this store, whether it’s missing chips or straight up not including any toppings in your bowl there’s always something wrong. Store won’t answer when you call either and support is outsourced.
If I could leave 0 stars that would be more appropriate. I just ran in to grab lunch and visited the restroom first to wash my hands. It was disgusting. There was pee all over the floor, it smelled like it hasn’t been cleaned in months let alone today prior to the store opening. This is completely gross and unacceptable that your employees are 1. This place is the definition of bootleg. All the signage but none of the flare. They are always out of something. If you don't pay attention, they will leave out part of your order. More importantly, it usually smells a little "off" when you go in. They are Chipotle only by name.
