We love this place !
The staff is always so nice that being said,
I understand there's a smaller crew working and everyone's doing what they can but there are some things that must be addressed.
the ice machine was empty and when told no one filled it, the trash was overflowing, the floors had trash on them and the tables needed some attention.
These things are as important as always!

Overall excessively dirty. No ice and had to ask to have it filled and waited longer than necessary. The ice bucket used to carry the ice was disgusting. The tea containers lids were covered in food. Youngman working the register had zero sense of urgency or respect. Continually glanced at us waiting for ice like we inconvenienced him. Moved at a snails pace. Didn't want to risk the ice or tea, Tossed my cup and left. Never eating here again. Cava is a far superior option!
One person doing everything from order to checkout. Woefully understaffed. 30 minutes. Dirty. Avoid.
