This place is the definition of bootleg. All the signage but none of the flare. They are always out of something. If you don't pay attention, they will leave out part of your order. More importantly, it usually smells a little "off" when you go in. They are Chipotle only by name.

If I could leave 0 stars that would be more appropriate. I just ran in to grab lunch and visited the restroom first to wash my hands. It was disgusting. There was pee all over the floor, it smelled like it hasn’t been cleaned in months let alone today prior to the store opening. This is completely gross and unacceptable that your employees are 1. Not maintaining this restroom and 2. Using this restroom and then preparing or handling food for customers. I’ve literally never been more grossed out in my life. I am considering throwing my shoes away from just entering this bathroom.

Literally served 4 portions of cheese to the trash and the person ahead of us knowing they didn’t have any more for us and the 45+ minute line that we had waited in. Disgusting place and disgusting people. Do better. This was after we came a few days ago and they literally had <50% of the products they were supposed to have. They should be embarrassed.

Not very good food or experience. Barbacoa was dry and tough and food was barely room temp. Had to wait past designated time for food which is not too big of a deal. However that coupled with the not good food was annoying.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been too. Were out of mandarins for kids meals, didn’t offer replacement of chips or any other side. Food was barely warm. The cheese in the kids quesadillas was barely melted. They were out of fajita veggies. They were out of water cups. We chose to sit outside because there wasn’t one clean table inside to sit in. Our table outside was so wobbly and unstable, that we couldn’t use it. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. And to top it off, the young woman working the register cursed in front of my children. Her customer service was also terrible.
This is the second time I've walked out of Chipotle due to the interaction with the counter staff's terrible attitude. Clearly a mistake returning. Honestly, at this point, I can't see any reason to visit these Gainesville stores.

Legitimately incompetent workers at this location. Online order fulfillment is so incredibly hit or miss with timing that you need to essentially have 30 minutes available to kill if need be. Gave them my name THREE times today only for them to say “we’re working on it” despite the fact that when they finally handed me my food it had been ready for 15 minutes. They have some woman that generally works on the register and online order fulfillment who is horrendous at her job and has no idea how to effectively balance online orders and those in line. I still come and will come to this location frequently because Chipotle is convenient for me but the workers here need to do their jobs better because it’s getting ridiculous.
