This place was packed! I was amazed at how fast they were serving every customer, with the number of people in drive thru and the lobby.The food was hot & delicious as always.The customer service was top-notch.
Rainy day in Gainesville, didn't want to do a sit down lunch as was heading home. Drove into Chick -fil-A. As is normal 1:30 in the afternoon there was a line up at the drive-through. I went inside to order. 2 people in front of me. The counter person only took a couple minutes to get their order, took him less than a minute to do mine. Wasn't even 5 minutes my order was out and I was on my way. Got 2 crispy spicy chicken sandwiches and a large fry. Everything was hot and delicious...read full review

Chicken biscuit & hash browns were good, but could’ve been better if they were fresher… They had 2 ppl taking orders & by the time we got to the window almost everyone’s orders (like 15 bags) were waiting on the counter… If they can’t serve orders as fast, maybe taking orders a little slower may help…
