Prices are not right in here. It’s misleading. The chicken katsu meal costs $19 and some cents almost 20$ not $15 as listed here. The restaurant claims no cotrol over the prices listed here. They are not the ones who published this or have any access to this. They said they have reached out to Google and Google has not done anything to fix it. Giving it 3 stars because it’s annoying and because it didn’t seem like they were going to do anything about it probably because they could be benefiting from this false advertising.

Don't eat here. They quoted me 45 minutes to pick up my food, but it actually took them an hour and 15 minutes. The staff was super rude and didn't apologize about the wait. After all that, my sushi had bones in it. I suggest finding a better place for sushi.

Probably one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever been to. None of that mashed tuna a lot of places use. Food is outstanding the fried rice dish makes an excellent table dish as well.

Sushi Matsuri has delicious sushi! Ate dinner here for the first time today. The fish to roll ratio is impressive & the sashimi is fresh & tastes amazing! This place is by far within the top 3 sushi spots in Gainesville.

A hidden gems right off the I-75. My first time here and it surely exceeded my expectations. The sushi here reminds me of eating in Japan in which the emphasis is on the fish quality and large portion on a small bite size rice. Beer is also served nicely chilled both can and glass.Chefs and the whole crew were very friendly.

Have been a patron since they were at 34th and Archer. But had the most unprofessional experience tonight of all dining experiences of my life. Seated within about 12" from other patrons, our order was placed. We did get saki and soup but after an hour wait, we were told "we're out of tuna" and "no other items are ready"! I know the chefs are "artists" but someone needs to know their inventory. Don't Take Orders You Can't fill!!! Tuna was half our order. No food for us tonight! Will never return!

It was my first time trying sushi and I loved it! I was worried they wouldn’t have vegetarian sushi but they have a lot of options. Also the tempura cheesecake is so yummy. The waiter was super friendly too.

Spectacular! I could not give this place a higher rating! The fish is extraordinarily fresh and the flavors are terrific. Everything from the consistency of the rice, the texture of the roe, to the visual vibrancy of the food was perfect. The pricing was very fair for the high quality of the food. My only complaint, the floors and tables were tacky. Other than that I loved every second of it.
