Based on reviews, Bonchon - Gainesville, FL serves fantastic, fresh, and not greasy food. The best chicken in the South, with spicy and garlic versions being really good. Specific meals mentioned include bulgogi fries, the drum trio, seasoned fries, the perfect doughnut, boa buns, and yang nyeom chicken. The restaurant is very clean and the service is great. The entire team is professional, and the management chose a very great staff. One team member, Kissie, was awesome, sweet, and phenomenal, taking care of customers like family and helping with the kiosk. The warmest nicest person, she is the best. This is a wonderful restaurant with a 10/10 experience.
