Arby's in Gainesville

“Atmosphere is typical Arbys. Service was ok. The woman who took our order was very professional and friendly. The woman who called our order was short and to the point and not friendly, no smile but just doing her job professionally and quickly. My curly fries had a weird taste like the oil they were cooked in was old. Not the best arbys curly fries. The philly cheese steak is what one would expect from a fast food joint. It was good, but not the best around that i know. Anyway it's an Arby's“

“Its pretty sad that we can not get food at Arby's in ocala and have to come to gainesville to eat. Jalen, Robert and Landis are what fast food should be, these gentlemen take great pride in cooking and serving food. Only complaint we had......THE FOOD WAS HOT.....LOL. Great job guys you definitely rocked it, and we will call ahead from now on to make sure your there. Again thanks you everything.“

“Quiet retreat, friendly staff, on most of the shifts . Food could use an upgrade though. Sometimes is like squashed or deformed, you can tell there is no regard whatsoever for product presentation. I understand Sometimes you are in a hussle, but the ordering with humans is quite monochrome. The irony is that the AI on the drive thru is more cheerful.“

“I am writing to share my recent experience at your Arby’s location. Arby’s is a favorite go-to for me and my children, and our recent visit was exceptional thanks to Andrew at the front counter.

Andrew provided the best service I have ever received at a fast-food restaurant. He was friendly, attentive to our orders, and made us laugh. He exhibits remarkable customer service skills and, in my opinion, would make an excellent General Manager.

Because of the high level of service Andrew provides, my children now insist on visiting this specific location. I believe he deserves a pay raise for his hard work and dedication.“
