Arby's in Ocala

“Service is exceptional. Very friendly and clear speaking in the drive thru. Orders are always correct, food is fresh and a great temperature Prices are very reasonable if not cheaper than other fast food options. I've had the the reuben sandwich, classic roast beef and chicken sandwich at different visits and all were well prepared and delicious. I've had the curly and crinkle cut fries and they were fresh and hot. Mozzarella sticks and the new peach cobbler egg roll were also perfectly made and delicious. All my trips have been through the drive thru, and there aren't a lot of staff when I go, usually around 7:30pm but they still doing a great job, even time wise they never disappoint but I'd wait longer if I have to because the service is great.“

“I am so so happy that this is my neighborhood Arby's, Arby's is the only fast food I eat and in my old neighborhood it was hit or miss, this location is a hit every single time. The fries are always fresh, the gyro is full and saucy.. I definitely order more now than I probably should because it's so good 😊“

“We were greeted at the cash register by an older gentleman named Tyron. Tyron made everyone’s day by trying to keep order in a chaotic & busy place. He called each person by name several times, straightened a problem out for an unhappy customer ( that later left in a much better mood with the problem solved) , and Tyron was smiling the whole time. We decided to be more like Tyron for the rest of our vacation. 🙌👍. Food was standard good Arby’s too.“
