“Normal Arby's with late 80s, early 90s cafeteria decor. Parking lot feels small due to the very close proximity to the main Highway (Colonial Dr). Otherwise, our cashier was very nice [even when I asked where the sauce (2' behind me) was]. The food came quickly and freshly right from the kitchen. And everything was clean and didn't give any cause for concern. And the tight turn can probably be avoided by using the side road entry that they share with the neighboring restaurant. Otherwise, be aware, because traffic is moving quickly as you are forced to slow down more than others might assume.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces, but the building is very close to the main Highway and the entrance, and is directly in the middle of both, causing Northbound traffic to complete a quick partial u-turn essentially, so you arrive on the south of the business. Only a 1 lane drive-thru and 1 lane exit fit on the Northside of the business. I'm sure any drive-thru would have similar restrictions. None of this affected the food or service.Wheelchair accessibility: I won't pretend to evaluate the struggle associated with this subject.“
“The girl that took my order in drive thru wasn’t too pleasant. She gave me a very dry “Welcome to Arby’s “…….. as if she was just over dealing with customers. The guy that gave me my food at the window made up for it. He was friendly and gave me a small yet nice conversation along with a compliment.That Brown Sugar BLT was delicious. I would definitely order it again.“
“Such wonderful staff at the Titusville Arby’s location. Ms Murphy and another staff member, whose name I sadly do not remember, went out of their way to fix a problem I had with my app. They were very kind and understanding. Although my app sent my order to another location (many miles away) Ms Murphy still gave me my order at her restaurant. She also patiently showed me how I could ask for a refund for the order that was sent to the other restaurant. We really need more kindness like I experienced tonight at Arby’s in this world. ?“

“Had a great experience this time.The food is hot and fresh.We had the brown sugar, bacon, Turkey and brown sugar, bacon Roast Beef.I must say it was so good and fresh that I ordered a second one.It's been a while since I've been to arby's, but I will be back soon.That brown sugar bacon roast beef sandwich was everything.!!!!And actually the service was on point. They actually brought out the order to me. I placed an online order and then came in and sat down with playing some video games with my girlfriend. And they actually just walked out. And was like did you place an order and dropped the food to us directly? They will what they were using words like. Thank you, sir. And ma'am, and please come back and enjoy your night just simple things, but you don't hear It too often. This arby's has good management..FYI the Montreal of sticks were fire.The cheese stretched up clear three feet across from when she bidded she was so happy!!“
“There was an incorrect order that was sent out but Mr. Edgar the GM was very professional and corrected it for us. He was very concerned that this had happened and was sincere with his apology. Mr Edgar was on point with correcting the matter. I greatly admire him for taking this matter with concern and doing what an Excellent Manager would do. Mr. Edgar, Thank you so much for your help and the corporation should be very proud to have an employee such as yourself. If you personally own the restaurant, you are a very upstanding and honest person.“
