Arby's in Orlando

“I had a pleasant experience this evening at Arbys. Alex and Andrea were very pleasant. Alex went above and beyond several times and I really appreciated that! He greeted me with a kind smile and did everything he could to make visit pleasant! The overall restaurant was clean including the bathroom. Our food was fresh and the wait time wasn’t long. We dined in as well!“

“Service and food are generally okay at this location, no complaints on that front. For those looking for deals: If you're someone looking to get one of the deals you saw on tv or in the app... it's usually a no go at this location.“

“Great food, friendly service, nice atmosphere; it is a favorite stop for when we've got a craving for roast beef and those crispy curly fries. The shakes are pretty good, too -- and I appreciate the self-serve refill station for fountain drinks and tea.

Navigating the lot for the drive-through is a little tricky, so I just routinely park and walk in to do a carry-out order if we plan on taking the food home.

The only downside I've had is that sometimes it can be pretty noisy up at the counter when making orders, and I've had some difficulty making sure I'm understood when it's busy there. When doing carry-out, I check the bag to make sure everything is in there before heading out; if there's something off, I can get it fixed pretty quickly, fortunately.“

“Incredibly clean as long as you don't mind A few homeless people chugging beers in the dining room area You're good to go. It's really odd that there's always homeless people there drinking beer while playing on their tablets. But it's a very clean Arby's even though the food is never hot it's a very clean Arby's. They might want to turn the roast beef heating lamps on though.“
