I had a pleasant experience this evening at Arbys. Alex and Andrea were very pleasant. Alex went above and beyond several times and I really appreciated that! He greeted me with a kind smile and did everything he could to make visit pleasant! The overall restaurant was clean including the bathroom. Our food was fresh and the wait time wasn’t long. We dined in as well!
