I'm here at the restaurant to pick up the order and the attendant wants me to confirm the order and without him giving me the order. I informed him that I can't do this, because this is a scam, you can call the restaurant. To resolve this with him.

Normal Arby's with late 80s, early 90s cafeteria decor. Parking lot feels small due to the very close proximity to the main Highway (Colonial Dr). Otherwise, our cashier was very nice [even when I asked where the sauce (2' behind me) was]. The food came quickly and freshly right from the kitchen. And everything was clean and didn't give any cause for concern. And the tight turn can probably be avoided by using the side road entry that they share with the neighboring restaurant. Otherwise, be aware, because traffic is moving quickly as you are forced to slow down more than others might assume.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces, but the building is very close to the main Highway and the entrance, and is directly in the middle of both, causing Northbound traffic to complete a quick partial u-turn essentially, so you arrive on the south of the business. Only a 1 lane drive-thru and 1 lane exit fit on the Northside of the business. I'm sure any drive-thru would have similar restrictions. None of this affected the food or service.Wheelchair accessibility: I won't pretend to evaluate the struggle associated with this subject.
Curly fries and milk shakes! Milk shakes are a bit airy but delicious. Curly fries always on point.
